However, it&#8217;s Nassim\u2019s intellectual spirit that yearned for more than just the established scientific paradigm. (Kudos to Vishen and Nassim, though, for trying to simplify it for us laymen).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It does, however, prompt the question, \u201c<em>How are science and spirituality related?<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nassim believes that the two aren\u2019t inherently separate; rather, they both represent different perspectives on the same reality. Everything is connected<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forget the six degrees of separation. According to Nassim, everything in the universe, from the tiniest atom to the grandest galaxy, is interconnected. And they all vibrate at different frequencies within the same underlying field that&#8217;s often described as imbued with spiritual energy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This \u201coneness\u201d is rooted in his theory of unified field mechanics, which suggests that everything vibrates at different frequencies within the same underlying field. It also aligns with the emerging field of quantum physics, where experiments like the famous <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41598-020-68181-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">double-slit experiment<\/a>, suggest that particles can be entangled across vast distances. Thus, defying our classical understanding of separateness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-consciousness-is-a-fundamental-aspect-of-reality\">2. Consciousness is a fundamental aspect of reality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consciousness, as you very well may know, is the essence of spirituality. According to Nassim, it\u2019s \u201c<em>the fundamental information structure of the universe<\/em>.&#8221; It&#8217;s where information moves through cycles\u2014feedforward and feedback information throughout the whole network of creation\u2014that produces complexity. &#8220;<em>It\u2019s something fundamental to creation, and it\u2019s occurring everywhere<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simply put? Consciousness isn\u2019t just something that happens in our minds. Rather, it\u2019s a key part of how the entire universe works and is present in everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Researchers have long been investigating <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cia.gov\/readingroom\/docs\/CIA-RDP96-00789R002200520001-0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">consciousness-related anomalies<\/a>, unexpected phenomena that might be influenced by human thoughts or intentions (think: the plane scene on <em>Final Destination<\/em>), or even group consciousness. By being mindful of our thoughts and intentions, we can align ourselves with the natural flow of the universe, leading to more harmonious and fulfilling experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By doing so, we don&#8217;t ignore the challenges of life. Instead, we approach them with a conscious awareness that can transform obstacles into opportunities for growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-we-have-the-potential-to-create-our-own-reality\">3. We have the potential to create our own reality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If consciousness is a fundamental force, then we have the potential to be co-creators of our own reality. Through our thoughts, intentions, and actions, we can influence the vibrations around us and shape our experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nassim\u2019s emphasis on \u201cinformation moving through its cycles\u201d resonates with the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mindvalley.com\/law-of-attraction\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Law of Attraction<\/a>\u2019s core principle: cultivating positive mindsets and intentions (often through some sort of dedicated spiritual practice) can shape reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<em>I think we do it all the time<\/em>,\u201d he says. \u201c<em>We modify the past to produce the next moment in our future<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are several studies that show how our thoughts, emotions, and actions might influence our lives, a.k.a., <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mindvalley.com\/manifestation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">manifestations<\/a>. For example, Dr. Carol Dweck\u2019s work on growth mindset highlights that we\u2019ll likely achieve what we want if we believe in ourselves.
