{"id":78521,"date":"2025-10-28T14:25:29","date_gmt":"2025-10-28T14:25:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.mindvalley.com\/?p=78521"},"modified":"2025-12-11T11:24:03","modified_gmt":"2025-12-11T11:24:03","slug":"the-art-of-quantum-jumping","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mindvalley.com\/blog\/the-art-of-quantum-jumping\/","title":{"rendered":"The mysterious art of Quantum Jumping"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Have you ever woken up one morning and thought\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&nbsp;<\/em><strong><em>\u201cHow do I actually use the theory of multiple universes to make my life more productive, abundant, and wildly creative?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Well, I have.<br>And I promise you \u2014 I wasn\u2019t high, drunk, or on any form of psychedelics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this bizarre, beautiful, and slightly mind-warping newsletter, I want to share a story with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A story about <em>alternate universes<\/em>, a <em>wild new mind-bending meditation protocol<\/em>, and a mentor of mine called Burt Goldman, who embodied the phrase&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cYou\u2019re never too old to reinvent yourself.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s about <strong>Quantum Jumping<\/strong> \u2014 a visualization technique so strange, so ahead of its time, that when I first heard it, I thought,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWhat the hell are you talking about, Burt?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And yet\u2026 it changed the trajectory of my career, and possibly my understanding of reality itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-so-what-is-quantum-jumping-really\">So\u2026 What is Quantum Jumping, really?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At its core, <strong>Quantum Jumping<\/strong> is a guided visualization practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It combines meditation, hypnosis, and visualization to help you access the <em>alpha brainwave state<\/em> \u2014 the mental frequency of creativity and intuition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you\u2019re in that state, you visualize a <strong>doorway to another universe<\/strong> and step through it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the other side, you meet an <em>alternate you<\/em> who has already achieved what you desire \u2014 perhaps a fitter you, a wealthier you, a more confident you.<br>You observe them, interact with them, and eventually <em>merge<\/em> with them, bringing back their wisdom and energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sounds fantastic? Maybe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But modern physics \u2014 and even modern tech \u2014 are beginning to echo the same principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How do you understand Quantum Jumping &#8211; here\u2019s an animated 6-minute video I created with Burt to explain the concept:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Realize All Your Dreams Through Quantum Jumping | Burt Goldman\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OTjld9yBW4c?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you know my work, you know that I\u2019ve been deeply influenced by <strong>Jos\u00e9 Silva<\/strong>, the creator of the <em>Silva Method<\/em> \u2014 the original mind-training system that taught millions to access altered states of consciousness for creativity, healing, and intuition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I never had the chance to meet Jos\u00e9. He passed away in 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But I did meet his prot\u00e9g\u00e9 \u2014 his top instructor in the world \u2014 a man named <strong>Burt Goldman<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Burt wasn\u2019t just a Silva instructor.<br>He was a modern-day mystic, an artist, a storyteller, and a scientist of consciousness rolled into one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under Silva\u2019s guidance, Burt became a master of mind control and manifestation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But later, he would go on to create his own technique \u2014 something that fused deep meditation, quantum theory, and creative imagination into what sounded like <em>a plot from a Marvel movie.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He called it <strong>Quantum Jumping<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Though technically, <em>I<\/em> gave it that name over lunch with him in 2008.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When Burt and I launched Quantum Jumping to the world through Mindvalley, it became the biggest product launch in our company\u2019s history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Our first million-dollar program.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It swept across the internet like wildfire, and to this day, it remains one of the <strong>most beloved courses<\/strong> ever published on Mindvalley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, almost five years since Burt passed away, <em>Quantum Jumping<\/em> is still going strong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And recently, as I was teaching a class for our <em>Manifesting Mastery<\/em> students, I revisited this technique \u2014 and realized it\u2019s more relevant now than ever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because today, even <strong>Google\u2019s head of quantum computing<\/strong> says that the only explanation for how quantum computers work\u2026 is the theory of <em>multiple universes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Think about that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The very people building the next generation of computers are starting to sound like mystics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-wild-wonderful-life-of-burt-goldman\">The wild, wonderful life of Burt Goldman<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In my many conversations with Burt, he would tell me stories that sounded like they came out of a Netflix docuseries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He told me about growing up in Los Angeles and <em>learning to surf on an ironing board<\/em> \u2014 because surfboards hadn\u2019t been invented yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>He told me about studying under <strong>Paramahansa Yogananda<\/strong>, and sitting in a car with the legendary yogi as he visualized a plot of barren land and manifested a temple on it \u2014 a story I\u2019ll save for another newsletter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He told me about working side by side with <strong>Jos\u00e9 Silva<\/strong>, teaching tens of thousands of people the art of entering altered states of mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When I became a Silva instructor myself, Burt was my mentor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his seventies, he was still experimenting, still innovating.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Together, we helped him relaunch himself online as <em>The American Monk<\/em>, a digital meditation teacher before \u201cdigital meditation teachers\u201d were even a thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But Burt wasn\u2019t content teaching one thing.<br><br>He was also writing books (including <em>The Silva Mind Control Method of Mental Dynamics<\/em>), painting, composing music, building websites, and \u2014 my favorite \u2014 pioneering a brand new art form that landed him in the International Photography Hall of Fame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I once asked him,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cBurt, if you could teach the world one thing\u2026 what would it be?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He looked at me, eyes sparkling with mischief, and said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cI\u2019d teach people how to jump into alternate universes \u2014 and meet themselves.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wait-what-my-first-quantum-jump\">\u201cWait\u2026 What?\u201d \u2014 My first quantum jump<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At first, I thought he was joking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jump into alternate universes? Meet your doppelg\u00e4nger?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was Burt finally going senile?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But then he explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He told me that during deep meditation, he had learned to visualize a <em>quantum door<\/em> \u2014 a portal into another universe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the other side, he\u2019d meet a version of himself who had already mastered the skill he wanted to learn \u2014 whether it was painting, photography, or business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He\u2019d observe this \u201calternate Burt,\u201d absorb their mindset, and bring it back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The result?<br>At 80 years old, he taught himself painting.<br>At 82, he learned photography \u2014 and within six months, his photos were featured in museums.<br>He wrote, sang, coded, and created like a man half his age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And so, I tried it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I invited Burt to a Silva class I was teaching in Anaheim to demonstrate his method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And what I experienced\u2026 I\u2019ll never forget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was like my imagination had turned 3D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like meeting an infinite library of versions of myself\u2014all whispering, \u201cHere\u2019s how you do it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Burt and I would then partner up and launch Quantum Jumping to the world in 2008. Vadim Zeland\u2019s reality transurfing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Soviet quantum physicist named <strong>Vadim Zeland<\/strong> proposed a model called <em>Reality Transurfing<\/em>.<br>He believed that all possible versions of your life exist simultaneously in the quantum field \u2014 like tracks on a record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The version of you who\u2019s a billionaire.<br>The version of you who\u2019s healed, fit, and vibrant.<br>The version of you who\u2019s living in total peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don\u2019t \u201ccreate\u201d these realities \u2014 you <em>choose<\/em> them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But here\u2019s the catch:<br>When you <strong>care too much<\/strong>, when you <em>obsess<\/em> over your desire, you generate what Zeland calls <em>excess potential<\/em> \u2014 an energetic resistance that actually pushes your goal away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The universe, seeking balance, introduces obstacles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The harder you push, the more resistance you create.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zeland\u2019s solution?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He called it <em>the No Big Deal approach<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You choose what you want, but you don\u2019t cling to it.<br>You hold your desire lightly \u2014 like, <em>\u201cIt\u2019d be nice if I had it, but if not, that\u2019s fine too.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s the paradox of manifestation:<br><strong>The moment you stop needing the thing, the thing starts needing you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quantum Jumping embodies this perfectly.<br>You <em>visit<\/em> the version of you who already has the result \u2014 no desperation, no longing. Just curiosity and merging.<br>You become the vibration of that reality, and life rearranges itself around you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-the-multiverse-and-quantum-mechanics\">2. The multiverse and quantum mechanics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 1957, physicist Hugh Everett proposed the <em>Many-Worlds Interpretation<\/em> \u2014 that every decision spawns new universes.<br>Each of us lives infinite versions of our lives across infinite realities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quantum Jumping isn\u2019t saying you\u2019re physically teleporting.<br>It\u2019s saying you can <em>mentally align<\/em> with the version of yourself that already exists in another probability field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s not teleportation \u2014 it\u2019s <strong>resonation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-quantum-computing-amp-the-simulation-hypothesis\">3. Quantum computing &amp; the simulation hypothesis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quantum computers process information using particles that exist in multiple states at once \u2014 <em>superposition.<\/em><em><br><\/em> This allows them to explore countless outcomes simultaneously, then \u201ccollapse\u201d into the optimal one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sound familiar?<br>That\u2019s exactly what your consciousness does when you visualize a goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even <strong>Elon Musk<\/strong> believes reality works like this.<br>He once said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cThere\u2019s a one in a billion chance that we\u2019re living in base reality.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meaning: if civilizations can create realistic simulations, odds are we\u2019re already inside one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So what is Quantum Jumping, really?<br>It\u2019s learning to <strong>hack the simulation.<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>To consciously select your reality upgrade \u2014 to \u201cload\u201d a new version of yourself from the infinite multiversal code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-it-works-even-if-you-don-t-believe-it\">Why it works (even if you don\u2019t believe it)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here\u2019s the secret:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Quantum Jumping works because it trains your brain to accept <\/strong><strong><em>new possibilities<\/em><\/strong><strong> as real.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your subconscious stops saying, \u201cThat\u2019s impossible.\u201d<br>It starts saying, <em>\u201cThat\u2019s already me.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And when that belief becomes embodied \u2014 when your nervous system accepts it \u2014 your actions, decisions, and opportunities shift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You start <em>sliding<\/em> into that version of reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s the mechanism behind every miracle, every creative breakthrough, every overnight transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not magic \u2014 <em>mental software upgrade.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-experience-quantum-jumping-yourself\">Experience Quantum Jumping yourself<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The original Quantum Jumping course is now available on Mindvalley and was created by Burt Goldman, named and popularized by me, and we recently added<strong> Quantum Jumping 1 and 2 (worth $500)&nbsp;
