And Paul did what I’ve watched him do for two decades now: he brought people up, live, no preparation, no screening, and demonstrated hypnotherapy on them in front of everyone.

People who walked up carrying something heavy walked back to their seats lighter. You could see it in how they moved.

I’ve been around transformation my whole adult life. I still don’t fully understand how he does it. But I’ve stopped needing to, because I’ve felt it.

Paul is one of my dearest friends, and his techniques have helped me and countless people I’ve put in front of him in ways that made me a believer long before we ever worked together.

And here’s the thing he taught me about confidence that I’ve never forgotten, because it’s completely backwards from what everyone assumes.

Ever notice the loud person in a room?

The one telling you within four minutes how much they made, who they know, where they just flew in from.

Paul says that’s usually the least confident person in the room. That’s a performance. A front. An insurance policy against being ordinary.

Truly confident people don’t perform. They’re comfortable in their own skin. They’re the calm ones, because they’re not spending every ounce of energy managing how they’re coming across.

Which means confidence isn’t something you add. It’s what’s left when you stop adding things.

Paul told me about a radio broadcaster he met, who’d read his book on confidence twenty years earlier.

The man had a savage voice in his head: you’ll fail, don’t bother, not you.

He changed that one internal dialogue.

Then he asked out a girl at the station he’d never had the courage to approach.

Paul asked what happened, and he said: “We’ve been married for fifteen years.”

One sentence in his head rewired, and he got 15 years of a life he almost didn’t have.

That’s what programming does.

And I believe most of us are walking around with programming we never chose, running underneath the level where willpower operates, which is exactly why trying harder hasn’t worked.

Paul works underneath that level.

And this Sunday, once a year, Paul comes LIVE to reprogram the subconscious with our whole community.

The Paul McKenna Experience: LIVE on Sunday, August 9

Reserve your seat here

4 hours. 3 hypnotic transformations, about 45 minutes each.

You don’t take notes.
