Glasses. Well dressed. Sharing advice about money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=T0l9ku2y3qQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\" noreferrer noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1284\" height=\"1170\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/mv-prod-blog-en-assets\/2026\/10\/8abb83a0-image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-79588\" srcset=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/mv-prod-blog-en-assets\/2026\/10\/8abb83a0-image.png 1284w, https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/mv-prod-blog-en-assets\/2026\/10\/8abb83a0-image-768x700.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1284px) 100vw, 1284px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>David Chen isn\u2019t real.<\/strong> He\u2019s an AI character John created in under five minutes. And it\u2019s obvious. Nobody watching thinks he\u2019s a real person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That video got <strong>1.2 million views.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And <strong>over 4,000 leads.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I asked John what those leads would normally cost if you paid for them with ads. About $20 each, he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s roughly <strong>$80,000 worth of leads<\/strong>, from a five-minute video of someone who doesn\u2019t exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then he told me what people write in the comments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u201cI know it\u2019s AI, but I don\u2019t care, because the information is good.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I told him on camera: <em>\u201cYou just demolished one of my arguments.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let me tell you about John, because he\u2019s one of the smartest minds I\u2019ve ever met when it comes to turning attention into income.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He started out washing dishes in his mom\u2019s Chinese takeaway. He\u2019s dyslexic, and school never came easily.
