They found that 61% consider soft skills to be a more important value than <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mindvalley.com\/hard-skills\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hard skills<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, developing any of the aforementioned analytical skills can be an incredible advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-it-encourages-critical-thinking\">2.
