In the age of COVID-19, I\u2019ve also specialized in burnout avoidance, recovery, and reimagining the future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am currently an organizational effectiveness consultant and strategic advisor for a major healthcare system in Michigan as well as an interpersonal communication scholar with a background in clinical counseling and teaching. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the last two decades I have successfully developed community-based programs in both urban and suburban environments delivering education, leadership development, relational, and mental well-being services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve consulted with leaders across the country for career planning, strategic thinking, and leadership acumen.
