So many coaches find themselves struggling in their side hustle or full time business, and some of them even give up on their coaching dreams because they believe coaching clients are hard to find.<\/p>\n

That’s NOT true.<\/p>\n

When it comes to finding clients, here’s the mantra to live by…<\/span>Clients are everywhere.<\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n

Let’s say that again…<\/span><\/p>\n

Clients are everywhere.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

When you look at your business and your life through this lens, you’ll notice that clients “magically” start to appear.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

As mentioned earlier, the coaching industry is growing and coaches are more in demand every day…<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

What this means is more and more clients are looking for coaches every single day and that’s exciting for all coaches everywhere.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

So, if this is true, why do some coaches succeed in creating an awesome full-time business with a long waitlist of eager clients while others fail?<\/span><\/p>\n

The reason is that many talented coaches never take the time to learn the marketing and business techniques that will help them become more visible and stand out from every other coach.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As the coaching industry grows and the market becomes more and more crowded, being seen online and at real world events, needs to be a key focus, especially for side hustle coaches.<\/p>\n

Becoming visible is about learning how to craft a personal brand around your coaching practice and learning to establish your authority in a specific area of expertise or niche.<\/em><\/p>\n

For instance, if you’re a health coach don’t just think “I’m a health coach.” Pick a niche and build your personal brand around it.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you decide that your health coaching niche is helping busy entrepreneurs start and maintain healthy eating habits, it’s critical that you create a personal brand that sets you apart from every other health coach in that niche. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A lot of people make the mistake of thinking their personal brand is all about the colors on their website, their logo or their tagline.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This is 100% wrong.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your personal brand is a combination of your one-of-a-kind personality traits, life and work experiences plus skills.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

It’s that unique combo that makes you different from not just every coach in the industry but every person in the entire world.Remember…<\/span><\/p>\n

While it’s important that you become the best coach you can be and rise up to your highest potential (see Chapter 2), don’t stop there<\/p>\n

There are lots of amazing coaches out there with more entering the industry every day so becoming a successful full-time coach is about creating a powerful personal brand and honing in, focusing and amplifying the details that make YOU outstanding.<\/p>\n

Part of this is about understanding exactly what attracts your clients to you.<\/p>\n

Is it because you’re friendly and approachable? Or because of your professionalism and sophistication? Is it your values and beliefs? Maybe it’s that you project kindness and caring in everything you do.<\/p>\n

Reflect on this and come up with the answers. If you’re not sure ask your clients.<\/p>\n

One last thing…<\/p>\n

As you look for opportunities to expand your client list, don’t forget about your personal network of friends, family and others.<\/p>\n

Word of mouth is still the best marketing technique in the world and when you find the courage to ask for recommendations, you’ll quickly build a stable of clients who are right for you.<\/span><\/p>\n
