Some coaches have their clients run on the spot or do jumping jacks.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Find what works for individual clients and use a pattern interrupt whenever you need to.<\/p>\n<h2 data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">3.
