Is she enthusiastic? Does she seem determined and driven?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Does she appear excited and hopeful at the prospect of working with you?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">These are clear, telltale signs that will reveal if your client is willing to take action and do the work because here\u2019s the truth\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">You can coach, guide, support, and cheer them on, but you can\u2019t do the work for your clients. They must be willing to show up and take consistent action to see results.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">So make sure you\u00a0<\/span><span data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">only<\/span><span data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">\u00a0work with motivated, committed clients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Your reputation depends on this.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Factor 3: Honor your personal preferences<\/h2>\n<p><span data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Do you like working with women entrepreneurs over high-flying executives?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Do you enjoy coaching moms who run their own businesses rather than 20-somethings just out of college?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Don\u2019t feel the need to justify your personal preferences when it comes to the kind of clients you enjoy working with.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">If you want to be a world-class coach, you need to feel motivated and inspired by your clients.
