They just can\u2019t handle the pace and speed of a growing, thriving coaching practice.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Ironically, they fail by succeeding.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Adopt these three strategies so you can expand your business without giving up your time, your health, and your sanity.<\/p>\n<h2 data-uw-styling-context=\"true\" data-uw-rm-mod=\"\">1. Become a master communicator<\/h2>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Learn to write and speak well. Really well.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\" data-uw-rm-mod=\"\">When it comes to growing your coaching practice to six figures and more, becoming a master communicator is an absolute must.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">As you grow your practice, you need to communicate more, not less.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">You must motivate and inspire more and more clients to get on calls with you, connect with you via email or social media, and purchase your products and programs\u2026<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">And you need to have great communication skills to do that.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Don\u2019t feel like you have to write 5,000-word blog posts or spend hours on video each week just to connect with your audience.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Smaller, high-value chunks of information, such as three-minute Facebook Live streams or short blog posts, work just as well to create an <a style=\"outline: none;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mindvalley.com\/blog\/the-simple-technique-successful-coaches-use-to-attract-ideal-clients\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-uw-styling-context=\"true\" aria-label=\"authentic connection - opens in new tab\" data-uw-rm-brl=\"false\" data-uw-rm-ext-link=\"na\">authentic connection<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Always remember\u2026<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Write well. Make it repeatable<\/h2>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">The true secret to growing a successful coaching practice is repeatability.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">This means you need to find aspects of your business that can be repeated by others without your help.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Get out a blank sheet of paper and draw three horizontal lines so you have three columns.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Write Creation at the top of the first column on the left, Marketing and Sales at the top of the column in the center, and name the last column Client Relations.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">These are the three big categories you\u2019ll find in any business.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Creation refers to everything that you create in your business\u2014content such as social media posts and blog posts, <a style=\"outline: none;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mindvalley.com\/ultimate-guide-to-creating-coaching-packages?utm_source=blog_hyperlink&amp;utm_campaign=evergreen_sycb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" aria-label=\"coaching packages - opens in new tab\" data-uw-styling-context=\"true\" data-uw-rm-brl=\"false\" data-uw-rm-ext-link=\"na\">coaching packages<\/a>, coaching programs, products, and retreats\u2014these belong in this first column.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Next, you have\u00a0<a style=\"outline: none; transition: all 0s ease 0s;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mindvalley.com\/blog\/10-timeless-marketing-rules-for-exponential-growth-in-your-business\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-uw-styling-context=\"true\" aria-label=\"Sales &amp; Marketing - opens in new tab\" data-uw-rm-brl=\"false\" data-uw-rm-ext-link=\"na\">Sales &amp; Marketing<\/a>. Look at the different pieces at play in this area.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">The question you need to answer is,\u00a0<em data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">\u201cHow are you marketing and selling your products and services?\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Your answers belong in this column. You might list Facebook Ads, sales funnels, email marketing, social media, networking at live events, and client calls.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Finally, you have Client Relations. This is everything you do that\u2019s about connecting with your clients and creating a great coaching experience. Don\u2019t limit yourself to what happens during sessions. Think about the \u201cbefore\u201d and \u201cafter.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">What do you do immediately after your client purchases your programs or coaching packages? What do you do after the final session with a client?<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Give yourself at least 60 minutes to complete this exercise. When you\u2019re done, look at every single item on all 3 columns and ask yourself this\u2026<\/p>\n<p><em data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">How can I make this repeatable so someone else can do it without my input?<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">This is the true secret to healthy, sustainable growth and expansion in your coaching practice. Get others to do the actions and tasks that do not need your personal input or expertise.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">If you\u2019re doing everything in your business, you\u2019ll stay at the level you\u2019re at for the rest of the time.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Nothing will change. You\u2019ll remain stuck, and a successful, impactful <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindvalley.com\/blog\/4-powerful-mindsets-to-build-a-6-figure-coaching-business\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-uw-styling-context=\"true\" aria-label=\"6-figure coaching practice - opens in new tab\" data-uw-rm-brl=\"false\" data-uw-rm-ext-link=\"na\">six-figure coaching practice<\/a> will remain a dream.<\/p>\n<h2 data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">3. Adopt the \u201cone-to-many\u201d mindset<\/h2>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">This applies even if you\u2019re reading this on the first day of starting your coaching practice\u2026<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Never stop looking for ways to reach as many people as you can with a single product, service, program, or package.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\" data-uw-rm-mod=\"\">This is where Masterminds, Group Programs, Live Events, and Retreats come in.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">You might think you\u2019re not ready and there\u2019s no way you can sell out a group program or retreat. Even if you\u2019re a new coach, it\u2019s good to plan and think big right from the get-go.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">This way, you\u2019ll train yourself to begin creating programs and services that you can sell to many people at the same time, from the early stages of your practice.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">This is an excellent, profitable, and incredibly powerful move.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">If you\u2019re serious about expanding your practice and your impact and hitting that 6-figure mark, you must move away from pure, 1:1 thinking.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Products and services that you can create once and then offer again and again to more and more people are the essence of expansion and growth.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">I\u2019ve worked with thousands of coaches from around the world, and most of them fall into the same trap\u2026<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">They start a coaching practice, gain some traction, and end up working harder and harder to achieve more success and create more income.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">It\u2019s a recipe for disaster.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Use these strategies to build a strong framework that will allow you to accelerate growth without sacrificing your health and your sanity.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">This way you\u2019ll get to enjoy the freedom and income you create.
