It extends to what you do leading up to the final conversation or the \u201csales pitch.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">According to Ajit, there&#8217;s a three-step framework that you can use to enroll your next ideal client.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 1: Understand what your product or service is<\/h2>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">One of the biggest challenges faced by coaches is that they want to serve everyone.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">As much as the good intention in that is there, it simply is not possible to serve and help everyone.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">If you want to get to your ideal client, you need to decide who you really want to serve.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">What\u2019s your target audience? Do they want and need your help? What are their desires? Why do they do what they do? What keeps them up at night? What excites them?<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Knowing the answers to these questions is crucial if you want to create transformation for your clients.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Be selfish in deciding your\u00a0<a style=\"outline: none;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/henrydevries\/2019\/09\/25\/what-is-an-ideal-customer-avatar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-uw-styling-context=\"true\" aria-label=\"ideal client avatar - opens in new tab\" data-uw-rm-brl=\"false\" data-uw-rm-ext-link=\"na\">ideal client avatar<\/a> and go as specific as you can. The more details you have about your ideal client, the easier it will be for you to have enrollment conversations.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 2: Approach your potential clients<\/h2>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Coaches can fall into the trap of believing that it\u2019s really super hard to find their ideal client.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">But the truth is\u2026 Your ideal client is everywhere around you. They may be in front of you in the form of a family member, a friend, or a colleague. You simply need to look.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\"><strong data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Here\u2019s a tip:<\/strong> Make a list of 50 people you know who you believe fit your ideal client profile. Then, approach them and have a conversation.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">This is a simple and effective way to attract potential clients. You can also come across potential clients, lots of them, in events, conferences, and meetups.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 3: Enroll your prospects<\/h2>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Onwards to the final and most exciting step\u2014have that enrollment conversation with your prospect.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\"><strong data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Remember this:<\/strong>\u00a0Sales is all about your mindset. If you believe that sales must be sleazy and selfish, you will probably always be disappointed in your ability to enroll clients.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">But, if you believe sales is about enrolling people into your vision and getting them to take action for their own growth and development\u2026<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">You will find it much easier to initiate your enrollment conversations.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Approach your prospects with an open mind, be vulnerable, be friendly, and be curious as you get to really know them and what they need at the moment.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\"><a style=\"outline: none;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mindvalley.com\/blog\/building-rapport-with-your-clients-powerful-methods\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-uw-styling-context=\"true\" aria-label=\"Building rapport - opens in new tab\" data-uw-rm-brl=\"false\" data-uw-rm-ext-link=\"na\">Building rapport<\/a> and forging a great connection are essential to enrolling your ideal client with your coaching practice and business.<\/p>\n<h3>Before you go\u2026 remember this:<\/h3>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">By now you should have gotten the right people in the right places, built the right rapport with them, and made them the right offer.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">However, you may still get a \u201cno\u201d from that ideal client that you believed would be super ready to start working with you.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Do. Not. Get. Disappointed.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">A \u201cno\u201d is not a rejection of you. A \u201cno\u201d simply means that the prospect is not yet ready to work with a coach. They may not be ready to go on the journey of transformation just yet.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">So simply keep at it, and sooner than you think, you will come across prospects who are 100% ready to commit.
