Starting Superbrain to help my father with memory loss and prevent family cognitive decline

I am beginning Superbrain today, this is my first exercise, i have to write about my motivation, Why am i here:

I am here because i am beginning to notice that i forget things, names, what i read, everything has to do with attention and although i meditate and do some breath exercises to improve my pressence, i still have a lot of thoghts and my focus is not as i would like to. Also i want this because my father has memory loss problems, and i want to help him and know if there is something i could do to help him, if it´s no too late. In my family there are cognitive issues when we age, and alzheimer, dementia, so everything i could learn to improve our brain will impact my whole family.

I also want it for build my capacity for speec and learn to remember more names, dates etc as i am a teacher and also guide museums and artist,
