To add people to a Duo, the Primary User (the person that purchased the plan) will need to:

1. Go to the “Billing and Subscriptions” section of your account.
2. Select “Edit Plan” on the Duo Subscription.
3. Click “Invite family member”.
4. Enter the name and email of the people that you would like to include and click on “Send Invitation.”

After following the steps above, the rest of the Group plan members will receive an invitation to join the platform. They will just need to create a password, if they’re new to Mindvalley, or log in, if they already have an account.

Yes, all accounts are independent and can be used at any time. Each of you can select the programs you wish to take and set up your account according to your preferences, as well as use it on different devices.

Yes, to remove a member of the Group plan, the Primary User will have to:

1. Go to “Billing and Subscriptions” and click on "Edit Plan".
2. All the existing members of the plan will be displayed. To remove any member, click on the "Remove member" button.
3. A pop-up will appear to confirm that you want to delete a specific member. To proceed, click the “Remove” button.

Take into consideration that the Primary User is only limited to 3 changes per year. If more changes are required after the third one, it would be necessary to wait until the end of the subscription period.

For refund: You have a 15-day money-back guarantee when you make a purchase directly through our website. This applies to your initial subscription fee. Please note, that obtaining a refund will immediately revoke access to your membership subscription benefits, including all Quests.

For cancellation: Should you choose not to renew your subscription, cancellation is straightforward. Just go to the Billing Section of your account to cancel. This ensures you won’t incur future charges, but you’ll retain access to your subscription content until the end of your current billing cycle.

For In-App Purchases: Purchases made within our app are bound by the cancellation and refund policies of the respective app stores (Apple Store and Google Play Store) and are not eligible for the benefits outlined above.
