I was in great physical shape but mentally I wasn't committed to the work, I knew I wanted to qualify to Tokyo but I didn't know why, and how could I use the achievement in case of making the goal, in order to make a positive impact in my community... The most important thing from the quest for me, is not that I was able to reach the goal, but that I found purpose in my life sportwise and personally; regardless of the outcome of the race.

All my life I have battled with extra weight, binge eating, extreme diets that made me lose the same 15 pounds and most of all a constant obsession with food, weathering it was what to eat next or how I could lose weight, my mind was a constant battle and it kept me from enjoying my life!!!... My relationship with food has changed completely, my mind is calm and I am able to enjoy the moment without fear of gaining the weight back

Before this program, I was living in a state of constant worry, I had moved from one city another, started a new job and a new life by my self. Instead of feeling like life was happening to me, I started feeling that I was creating my next chapter... Every meditation, every lesson, every book, every small habit was building a stronger version of myself long before I could see external results... At 60 years old, I can honestly say that I feel more curious, more hopeful and more excited about the future than I have in many years.

I starting fasting and inflammation was reduced. The pain in my lower back disappeared, the pain in my shoulder is now gone close to 90%, and recovered its mobility. I starting gaining weight again, 9 pound in the past 4 months, this time only muscle! I feel stronger when I play with my 4- and 8-year-old daughters, I have more energy when I come back from work every day, I sleep better and longer, and I deal with the stress from work in healthy ways

Lifebook Quest was great for me and I am sure that many people will find it awesome too.

I can now go from an idea to a real proof of concept... I'm an IT Director with a PhD in AI, yet I had never built something so genuinely functional and useful for my daily life... What used to take me hours of tedious, repetitive manual work now takes minutes.

Life has been a continuous, incredible expansion ever since.
