I released 28 kg (61 lb)

Milan Poláček · Information Systems Manager · Prague, Czech Republic
I struggled with extra weight, low energy, and restless sleep... I released 28 kg (61 lb)... It's no longer about willpower or restriction - it's about choice, awareness, and alignment.

I gained transferable AI literacy and used it to solve real system failures and protect continuity

Lea Emery · Information Systems Manager · Bellingham, United States
I was able to work through a significant error in a database-integrated tool. It had been built by a more experienced colleague who was unavailable for a week, and redundancy hadn't yet been developed... I didn't just learn how specific tools work-I learned the underlying concepts that apply across platforms. That means I can evaluate new tools, adapt to changing stacks, and choose the right fit for the problem at hand... I gained transferable AI literacy-not just proficiency in one tool, but understanding of how AI tools think, so I can be discerning about which one serves a given workflow, team, or mission goal.

During the WildFit challenge, after the first few days of taking the Alkagizer Mild, my blood pressure started dropping

KEVIN LEEROY FOBROGO · Information Systems Manager · Singapore, Singapore
Before joining the WildFit challenge, I had high blood pressure of 150/95. My blood sugar level was above the normal range of 4-7 (before food) and 7-10 (after food). All these readings were even after taking medication... Now I have stopped taking my Blood Pressure medication because my pressure went below 100/79. The blood sugar level has also dropped to 5 to 6 before meals... I have felt better these past 3 months than I have been for the last 30 years.

I really enjoyed the Mindvalley Entrepreneurship weekend session. I loved the speakers, especially Naveen, Eric and Daniel Priestly.
