Nancy Sigl

"The real bonus is that I lost 13 lbs in one month!"

Nancy Sigl · Retired · Elk Grove, United States
Before this program I had never fasted. The mere thought of fasting would create a fury of hunger in me that would make me eat twice as much as usual. I was intrigued enough to begin the quest and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the practice became. It's certainly not the end for me, as I intend to continue this…

I’ve lost 29 pounds and now have zero arthritic pain, zero heartburn/coughing, no brain fog

Jim Rylander · Retired · Scottsdale, United States
I was a 66-year old (Male) weighing 255 pounds, and the way I almost always felt was heavy, tired, somewhat depressed, just starting to limp from arthritic pain in my right hip, and my mental state was brain fog... I've lost 29 pounds and now have zero arthritic pain, zero heartburn/coughing (I forgot to mention that one), no brain fog as far as I can tell, and confidence I can and will make healthy food choices long after this Quest is over.

Helen Parker · Retired · Agde, France
Before the wildfit challenge I barely had the energy to walk the dog for 20 minutes, (which only happened after 2 cups of coffee) now I'm straight out of bed and off for a 45minute walk before breakfast... My HbA1c was 7.6 before wildfit and has gone down to 4.8. My doctor has halved my medication and is talking about stopping it completely if I continue like this.

Claude became a research partner, not just Google 3.0

Gilbert Desmet · Retired · Gent, Belgium
Claude is now more as an actual research partner on that project rather than some Google 3.0... The biggest change, however, has not been technical. It is how I now think about AI as a collaborator... Since finishing this stretch of the course, I feel something I hadn't expected to feel again in my mid-seventies: genuinely ahead of a deadline thanks to Claude AI, on a project that matters to me, with a stack of real evidence to show for it.
Arlene

By the end of the program, I was feeling better than I had in 11 years

Arlene · Retired · Mississauga, Canada
I was living with chronic (terminal) cancer and emphysema. I was extremely low on energy and spent most of my time while out of the house at either doctor's appointments or medical tests... By the end of the program, I was feeling better than I had in 11 years... Today I went line dancing with friends and was whooping it up with energy I haven't felt in so long.
