It has always seemed incredible to me to receive so many images of another person that I do not know, with details of places, colors, smells, sounds and voices... I have moments of full lucidity and I have other moments where I can't make contact with that person... I've learned to relax and accept that it doesn't have to be when I want it to, but when the source allows it.

I had forgotten that I can tell my mind what to do and train it for happiness and service... I surprised myself-better work relationships, better self-talk, willingness to work on new projects with an open mind.
