I'm glad I choose this Quest because it gave me the confidence in the knowledge to actually know how to learn. I feel enthusiastic about the vision of applying these techniques, from a reframing approach to healthy brain diet The suggestion to share it through the way was also useful to contribute to other's improvement and face some small steps to teaching. :)
