"Illuminating"
Working in an ice cream parlour, Monique discovered eye-opening patterns about unconscious eating habits. Through newfound awareness, they observed countless moments of mindless tasting throughout their workday, transforming their relationship with food and self-understanding.
I work at an ice cream parlour/cake shop and, boy, have the last couple of days been interesting!!! Not only in terms of my inner dialogue and my emotional eating habits but, most of all, in terms of shockingly observing how often in 8 hours I seemingly unconsciously lick my fingers, shovel crumbs into my mouth, lick off spoons etc 😳 Very illuminating indeed! Thanks Eric and thanks to myself as well 🤩
