This builder looked at one of the most draining parts of a job search, rewriting the same materials again and again, and automated it. Using Airtable, Make.com and GPT-4, they built a system that reads a job description, tailors the application and keeps track of every step. It is a clear example of turning AI skills from the program into something that saves real people real hours.

Before
Applying for jobs meant doing the same slow work over and over. Each role needed its own adjusted resume and its own cover letter, written by hand. Keeping track of where every application stood was scattered and easy to lose.

The turning point
In the program they put AI tools and automation side by side and asked what could be handed over. They mapped the process into clear stages: data input, AI processing, output and a feedback loop. GPT-4 would read job descriptions, while Make.com would connect the pieces and trigger tasks by deadline and stage.

What it lets people do
Candidates can match their profile to each job's requirements without starting from scratch every time. They can prepare several applications at once and always know what stage each one is in.
What they learned
They learned that AI can drastically lighten repetitive work, but only if people can actually use it. A clear, intuitive process is what brings non-technical users on board, and automation is what makes it possible to scale.
