She transformed ancient Chinese Feng Shui wisdom into an accessible AI service, building a three-GPT system that delivers classical consultations at a fraction of traditional costs while empowering clients to make their own space-enhancing decisions.
Rei Feng Shui — AI-powered personalised Feng Shui consultations based on classical Chinese Xing Shi Pai (Form School) and Ba-Zhai (Eight Mansions). Not Western adaptations.
Achievements: Built a 3-GPT workflow (client intake, private analysis engine, post-report support). AI effectively replaces the practitioner's analytical work. Image analysis tested: GPT can assess room photos for element balance. Full brand, website, and business model developed from scratch.
Tools: ChatGPT (3 custom GPTs), Claude AI (strategy, code, branding), Wix (hosting).
Methodology: Classical Feng Shui follows precise conditional rules — ideal for GPT instructions. Three separated GPTs protect proprietary knowledge and reduce hallucination. What remains manual: floor plan drawing, scheme application, report verification. What AI cannot replace is intuition — which belongs to the client living in the space, not the remote consultant. Learnings: Rule-based ancient knowledge is a near-perfect AI use case. Separating GPTs by role beats one GPT doing everything. AI interior design integration is possible but not a differentiator — the classical Feng Shui analysis is. The real value is threefold: accessibility (€190 price vs €800+ traditional), speed, and client empowerment — giving people the tools to explore various options for improving the Feng Shui of their home, rather than receiving fixed solutions from a consultant that might not fit their taste or lifestyle. The AI Support Assistant also gives clients on-demand advice for everyday decisions ("I need a new lamp — what colour, material, shape?") without having to hire a professional every time.
