An IT project leader mapped a whole AI-run small business onto one wall

A former leader of multi-million Euro IT projects built an AI-powered operating system for their own small business, planned on a hand-drawn vision board.

After 16 years leading large IT projects and teams of up to 75 people, this founder set out to run their own small business the lean way, with AI at its centre. What stands out is the care: a wall-sized, hand-drawn map tying GPT, Airtable, TANA and automations into one system, with people kept at the heart. It shows how a program can turn deep experience into a clear, working structure.

Ramona Winiger
Management consultant and former IT project leader in telecom and banking, running their own business since 2021.
AI for WinCo 2025

Before

For 16 years they led IT projects of up to 10 million Euros and taught hundreds of employees new applications. In 2021 they founded their own business, wanting it lean, efficient and scalable from day one. But a growing pile of tools, from Perplexity to Canva to Descript, still had to be aligned and streamlined before they could work together.

“Since founding my business in 2021, I have been committed to building a lean, efficient, and scalable company from day one.”

In their own words

The turning point

In the program they shaped all of this into one project, 'AI for WinCo 2025', and built their brand with Jeffrey Perlman's Unstoppable Brand quest. They chose to integrate their tools gradually into a unified framework, testing piece by piece. And they put it all on a physical vision board, a daily visual anchor for their goals.

“This project is more than technology – it's the fusion of structure, innovation, and humanity, bringing the best of all worlds together.”

In their own words

After

Today Airtable serves as a central database for KPI tracking, marketing planning, content creation, client management, project planning and licence management. TANA holds their knowledge system, Make.com and Flowise automate workflows, and personalised LLMs handle sensitive client data securely. They report that automated processes significantly reduced administrative effort.

What it lets people do

The platform is meant to help small businesses reach their goals efficiently while learning to use new technologies and AI themselves. Lead magnets offer personalised insights into working together, so clients feel the work is within reach.

What they learned

Integrating tools like Airtable and TANA taught them the value of modularity and testing. Above all, the physical vision board reminded them that human connection matters most in a tech-driven world.

“It looks so easy, and I can do it.”
