AI Mastery

Built the AI infrastructure to scale a homebuilder from $70M to $3B

Quick summary

In five months, he transformed from AI novice to organizational architect—building 13+ custom GPTs, 8+ production automations, and autonomous agents while scaling his homebuilding company 8x. Now AI isn't just a tool he uses at work; it's the thought partner woven into every decision, every day, everywhere.

THE ULTIMATE AI MASTER AWARD - PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Extraordinary AI Excellence Across Tools, Domains, and Complexity

The Transformation

In August, I started the AI Mastery course knowing very little about AI.

Five months later, I have completely changed the way I think.

I don't just use AI tools now. I have a thought partner. Every decision, every project, every challenge—I think with AI. It's become so natural that I can't imagine working any other way.

And what I've accomplished in these five months? It's just the tip of the iceberg. This is only the beginning.

The Scale: Why AI Mastery Is Essential for Growth

Where We Started: 117 homes per year

Where We're Going This Year: 919 homes — an 8x increase

Our BHAG: 5,000 homes per year — $3 billion in revenue

THE SCALE: • Where we started: 117 homes = $70 million • This year: 919 homes = $551 million • BHAG: 5,000 homes = $3 billion

Let me be clear: You cannot scale from 117 to 919 to 5,000 homes with manual processes. You cannot hire your way to 8x growth. You cannot spreadsheet your way to $3 billion.

The only way to scale at this rate is with AI mastery. Systems that run without human intervention. Agents that think and act autonomously. Knowledge captured and searchable forever. A team that uses AI as their thought partner.

That's what I've built. That's why it matters. And that's why AI Mastery was essential.

What I've Built Since August

In five months, starting from near-zero AI knowledge, I have built:

- 13+ Custom GPTs solving specific business problems (detailed in my Optimisation Alchemist application)

- 8+ automations running in production, with a roadmap of dozens more (detailed in my Automation Architect application)

- 4+ AI agents that navigate, think, and act autonomously (detailed in my Agentic AI Breeder application)

- 3 apps built through vibe-coding—1 complete with Stripe payments, 2 in development (detailed in my Vibe-Coding Builder application)

- ~12 team members trained weekly, with AI adoption spreading across branches (detailed in my Team Empowerment application)

- Two Second Brains capturing institutional knowledge that will outlast any individual

- $24,000/year documented savings from a single integration

- $2,000+/month saved through data consolidation and retrieval speed

- Complete data infrastructure connected to Claude, ChatGPT, Teams, Outlook, HubSpot, n8n, and more

- AI woven into my entire life — not just work, but health, personal growth, daily planning, creative projects

And one philosophy unifying it all: AI as my thought partner.

This isn't experimentation. This is how I operate. (As detailed in my Walking the Talk application.)

The Vision: What's Coming

Everything I've built in five months is the foundation. The infrastructure. The proof of concept.

This is just the beginning.

Now imagine what's possible as we scale to 5,000 homes:

AI OPPORTUNITIES BY DOMAIN:

• Pre-Construction — AI analyzing land for acquisition, automated permit applications, value engineering suggestions

• Design — Drawing software connected to Airtable, AI helping with building code compliance, design optimization

• Estimating — AI-assisted takeoffs, material quantity calculations, cost projections

• Construction — Inspections with AI and camera phone, construction sequencing optimization, identifying inefficiencies

• Customer Experience — Real-time selection apps, progress notifications, satisfaction monitoring

• Operations — One point of truth from drawing to database, automated reporting, predictive analytics

I'm not just building automations. I'm building the nervous system for a $3 billion homebuilder.

DOMAIN 1: Data Infrastructure & Connected Intelligence

The Foundation Everything Else Builds On

The Problem I Solved: Data everywhere. Power BI over here. Spreadsheets over there. CRM disconnected from operations. No single source of truth. Hours wasted hunting for information that should be at our fingertips.

What I Built: I consolidated every data silo into one unified Airtable ecosystem—and then connected it to everything.

The Airtable Hub (Examples of What's Built):

- Main Data Job Tracker — Every home, every stage, every detail

- Preconstruction Performance Dashboard — 157 days average firm-to-permit, 40 days permit processing, 17 jobs tracked

- Executive KPI Tracker — 31 KPIs monitored in real-time

- Margin Analysis System — Profitability visibility across projects

- Customer Database — Connected to sales and construction data

- Equity Tracking — $790,000+ raised, tracked in real-time

And this is just the beginning. The system grows every week as new needs emerge.

The Connected Ecosystem:

• Claude (MCP) — Direct API connection — AI queries live business data in conversation • ChatGPT — Integration — Analysis and document generation • Microsoft Teams — Webhook — Natural language commands trigger automations • Outlook — API — Email-triggered workflows • HubSpot — Integration — CRM data flows both directions • n8n — Automation hub — Orchestrates all workflows • Hyphen — Coming soon — Next integration in development

Why This Matters: AI is only as good as the data it can access. By building one connected hub—with AI plugged directly in—I've created a system where answers are one conversation away. "What's our average permit timeline?" "Which projects are at risk?" "Show me margin trends." Claude can answer these instantly because it's connected to truth.

The Impact:

- $2,000+/month saved in retrieval speed alone

- Eliminated Power BI and multiple disconnected spreadsheets

- Real-time visibility across sales, construction, and finance

- AI-powered analysis of live data, not stale reports

DOMAIN 2: Workflow Automation

Detailed in my Automation Architect application

The Philosophy: Every repetitive task is a candidate for automation. Every manual process is a bottleneck waiting to be eliminated. At 919 homes this year—and 5,000 at our BHAG—we cannot scale with manual processes.

Production Automations Running Today:

• BuildPro Integration — Email → Parse Excel → Airtable → Dashboards — $24,000/year saved • Meeting Intelligence Pipeline — Read AI → Notion → AI Summary → Airtable (15+ nodes) — Hours saved weekly • Receipt Extractor — Email → Parse receipt → Airtable expense tracking — Zero lost receipts • Customer Notifications — Milestone checkbox → Personalized email to homebuyer — Consistent communication • Weekly Sales Reports — Scheduled → Aggregate → Distribute to leadership — Automatic reporting • Email Draft Assistant — Incoming email → AI draft → Human review — Never starting from blank • KPI Data Sync — Executive meetings → AI extraction → KPI tracker — No manual data entry

The $24,000 Story: Our construction software vendor wanted $2,000/month for an API connector. Instead of paying, I built: BuildPro emails reports → n8n parses Excel → transforms data → pushes to Airtable → triggers dashboards. Same result. $24,000/year saved. More flexibility. No vendor lock-in.

The Future Roadmap:

• Automated Permit Applications — AI pre-fills municipal permit forms from project data — 919 permits/year → massive time savings • Inspection Scheduling — Triggered by construction stage, auto-scheduled — Zero missed inspections • Variance Alerts — Budget vs. actual monitoring with automatic flags — Catch issues before they compound • Subcontractor Communication — Automated scheduling and confirmation — Reduced coordination overhead • Customer Survey Pipeline — Post-milestone surveys → AI analysis → Insights — Continuous improvement data • Document Generation — Auto-generate contracts, change orders, completion certificates — Eliminate document prep time • Warranty Tracking — Automated reminders and claim processing — Better customer experience

The Automation Problem Collection System (In Development): I'm sending an Airtable form to all staff asking: "What repetitive task is eating your time?" Every employee becomes an automation scout. The best ideas come from the people doing the work.

DOMAIN 3: AI Agents

Detailed in my Agentic AI Breeder application

The Leap Beyond Automation: Automation follows rules. Agents solve problems. They navigate unfamiliar interfaces. They ask clarifying questions. They make decisions. They act.

Agents in Production:

Utility Provider Extraction Agent

Agent logs into utility portals (hundreds of accounts, dozens of providers) → Navigates each property → Extracts account number and balance → Compiles into spreadsheet → Enters credit card and pays each bill → Expenses automatically recorded

What used to take hours of portal-hopping is now autonomous. The agent handles different interfaces, different logins, different layouts—just like a human would.

Flight Booking Assistant

CEO posts in Teams: "Need to fly to Vancouver Tuesday" → Agent parses the request → Searches flight options → Asks: "Morning or afternoon? Direct only?" → Presents top 3 options → CEO selects → Agent books → Confirms in Teams

Natural language interface. Clarifying questions. End-to-end execution.

Profile Picture Agent Automatically browses company website, finds executive profiles, extracts photos, uploads to Airtable. Small task, big proof of concept.

The Vision for Field Agents:

• Inspection Agent — Camera phone + AI analyzes construction quality, flags issues, logs to database • Takeoff Agent — AI reads drawings, calculates material quantities • Design Compliance Agent — Checks plans against building code, flags violations • Land Analysis Agent — Evaluates potential acquisitions: zoning, comps, development potential • Value Engineering Agent — Suggests cost-saving alternatives without compromising quality

DOMAIN 4: Vibe-Coding & App Development

Detailed in my Vibe-Coding Builder application

The Revolution: I can't code. But I've built a fully functional app with database and Stripe payment integration.

Apps Built:

1. Compelling Text Writer (Complete)

- Full application with user accounts

- Database backend for persistence

- Stripe payment processing (tested, working)

- Ready to launch

2. Customer Home Selections App (In Development)

The Problem: Customers currently receive a beautiful PDF to make selections—colors, lighting, hardware, sinks, appliances, cabinets, flooring, fireplaces. But it's static. The salesperson meets with them, walks through choices, then manually enters everything into Homefront Sales CRM.

The Solution: An interactive app where customers make selections on their own time. Data flows directly to database → triggers automation → notifies salesperson → syncs to CRM → operations has visibility immediately.

The Impact: At 919 homes/year, if this saves 30 minutes per selection meeting, that's 460 hours saved. At 5,000 homes (BHAG), that's 2,500 hours—more than a full-time employee, just on selections.

3. Furniture & Design Visualizer (Future Vision) Customers upload photos of their existing furniture. AI places it into their floor plan. They see their life in their new home—their couch, their dining table, their bed—before a single nail is hammered.

Future App Ideas:

• Construction Progress Tracker — Homebuyers see real-time photos and updates of their build • Warranty Request Portal — Customers submit and track warranty items • Referral Program App — Customers refer friends, track rewards • Trade Partner Portal — Subcontractors access schedules, submit invoices, communicate • Community Information Hub — Buyers access HOA info, community amenities, local services

The Vibe-Coding Workflow:

1. Ideation — Claude and ChatGPT as thought partners to clarify the concept

2. Refinement — Claude Code to nail down technical details

3. Build — Lovable creates the app from my description

4. Iterate — Describe changes, AI implements

DOMAIN 5: Knowledge Management

The Institutional Memory That Outlasts Any Individual

Why This Matters: People leave. Memories fade. Conversations get forgotten. Without systems to capture knowledge, organizations lose intelligence every time someone walks out the door.

I've built two interconnected Second Brains that ensure nothing gets lost.

Notion: The Company Second Brain

This is Fifth Avenue Properties' institutional memory:

- Meeting Archives — Every meeting summarized, searchable, permanent

- SOPs — Standardized processes anyone can follow

- Decision Log — Why we made the choices we made

- Project Documentation — History of every home, every challenge, every solution

- Team Knowledge Base — How we do things here

When a new employee joins, they inherit decades of accumulated wisdom. When someone asks "have we dealt with this before?"—the answer is findable.

Obsidian: My Personal Second Brain

This is where I capture and connect ideas:

- 46 AI Mastery course lessons — Every insight captured and linked

- PARA methodology — Projects, Areas, Resources, Archive

- Maps of Content (MOC) — Navigable knowledge structure

- Smart Connections plugin — AI finds relationships between notes

- Cross-device sync — PC and iPhone via Wispr Flow

How They Connect:

Meeting occurs → Read AI captures full transcript → n8n webhook triggers → Notion page created with raw content → Daily workflow processes new meetings → Claude generates structured summary (key decisions, action items, discussion points) → Routes to Airtable by meeting type → Action items become trackable tasks → Searchable forever

4 standing meetings per week run through this pipeline. That's 200+ meetings per year, automatically captured, summarized, and made searchable.

The Insight: A company's knowledge shouldn't live in people's heads. It should live in systems that anyone can access. When AI can search our entire meeting history and surface relevant decisions—that's institutional intelligence.

DOMAIN 6: Team Empowerment & Training

Detailed in my Team Empowerment application

Why This Matters: One person using AI is a productivity boost. An organization using AI is a competitive advantage. A culture where AI is everyone's thought partner? That's transformation.

I could keep AI to myself. Instead, I teach it.

The Program: Every week, approximately 12 team members join me for hands-on AI training. Not theory. Practice. Skills they can use that afternoon.

Curriculum I've Developed:

1. Writing Effective Prompts — The foundation of AI interaction

2. Custom GPTs — Building specialized assistants

3. Projects in Claude — Maintaining context across conversations

4. Using Agents for Research — AI that searches and synthesizes

5. Web Search & Deep Research — Finding current information

6. Screenshots for Analysis — Visual data extraction

7. Introduction to APIs & MCPs — For those ready to go deeper

8. Document Writing — Contracts, proposals, communications

The Core Message That Changed Everything: "AI is your thought partner, not your replacement."

When I stopped talking about AI as a productivity tool and started talking about it as a thinking partner, the fear dissolved. People stopped asking "Will this replace me?" and started asking "How can I use this?"

Success Stories Across the Organization:

• VP of Finance — Uses ChatGPT extensively; drafted a contract that lawyer approved with zero edits • Land Development — Analyzes potential acquisitions—million-dollar decisions supported by AI • Kelowna Branch — Spreading AI culture 600km from headquarters • Office Admin — Now building automations and SOPs independently • Construction Team — Built a Change Order Optimizer Custom GPT

Strategic Planning at 30,000 Feet: On a flight with our Head of Strategic Organization, we opened Claude, connected to Airtable via MCP, and asked: "What does it take to scale to 5,000 homes?"

Real-time analysis of our org structure:

- What redundancies exist?

- What gaps do we have?

- What would it look like if we leveraged AI to operate leaner?

Strategic planning that used to require consultants—done at cruising altitude with AI as our thought partner.

The Multiplier Effect: I train 12 people. They train others. They explore on their own. They come back with questions and discoveries. The knowledge spreads.

This is how you build an AI-native organization.

DOMAIN 7: Creative AI

Enhancing Human Work, Not Replacing It

Why This Matters: AI isn't just for data and automation. It enhances creative work—making communication clearer, training more engaging, and brand expression more powerful.

How I Use Creative AI:

Synthesia — Training Videos AI-generated presenter delivers training content. Professional quality without production costs. Scalable across the organization. When processes change, we update the script and regenerate—no reshoots.

Suno — Company Theme Song Yes, we have an AI-composed company theme song. It's memorable. It builds culture. It shows we're a company that embraces the future.

MidJourney — Visual Communication Marketing imagery. Presentation visuals. Concept illustrations. Ideas that used to require a designer and days of iteration—now generated in minutes.

Document Creation — Claude & ChatGPT

- SOPs that are actually readable

- Job descriptions that attract the right candidates

- Investor materials that tell our story

- Contracts drafted in minutes, approved by lawyers unchanged

The Enhancement Principle: Creative AI doesn't replace human creativity. It accelerates it. I still decide what to create, what message to send, what story to tell. AI helps me execute faster and iterate more.

Future Creative Applications:

- AI-narrated video tours of homes under construction

- Personalized marketing content for different buyer personas

- AI-generated community visualizations

- Voice AI (ElevenLabs) for website engagement

DOMAIN 8: Optimization & Custom GPTs

Detailed in my Optimisation Alchemist application

The Philosophy: Not every problem needs a complex solution. Sometimes a well-crafted Custom GPT solves a problem that used to take hours—and solves it forever.

My Custom GPT Arsenal (13+ and growing):

• DISC Analysis — Analyzes behavioral assessments for hiring. Generates tailored job descriptions, interview questions, communication strategies. → Better hires, faster onboarding

• HR Policies — Deep-researched on Alberta employment law. Instant compliance guidance. → Reduced legal risk, faster answers

• New Home Sales Expert — Competitor analysis: specs, pricing, square footage, positioning. → Data-driven sales strategy

• Customer Informer — Crafts customer communications for any situation. → Consistent, professional messaging

• Job Description Generator — Role-specific descriptions optimized for attraction and clarity. → Better candidate quality

• Airtable Prompt Creator — Generates prompts for Airtable analysis and automation. → Faster system development

• Prompt Engineer — Refines prompts for better AI output. → Improved results across all AI tools

• Change Order Optimizer — Built by a team member—standardizes change order process. → Consistency, time savings

• Thought Partner — General strategic thinking companion. → Better decisions

The Meal Planner (Personal Favorite): Even at home, AI is my thought partner. The Meal Planner creates weekly meals with shopping lists. It has context built in:

- "With Kids" — Plans family-friendly meals when my partner has her kids

- "With Jeff" — Gives the phone number to a pizza place

(I know my strengths.)

The Compound Effect: A Custom GPT used once is nice. A Custom GPT used 100 times changes everything.

- DISC Analysis: 30 minutes saved × 50 hires = 25 hours

- Job Description: 1 hour saved × 30 roles = 30 hours

- HR Policy queries: 15 minutes saved × 100 questions = 25 hours

Simple tools. Massive leverage.

THE COMPLETE TOOL STACK

AI Thought Partners:

- Claude (primary thought partner, MCP connections)

- Claude Code (development partner)

THE IMPACT AT SCALE

Current Documented Impact:

• Annual savings (BuildPro alone): $24,000+ • Monthly savings (data efficiency): $2,000+ • Custom GPTs built: 13+ • Automations running: 8+ • AI agents deployed: 4+ • Apps built: 3 (1 complete, 2 in development) • KPIs tracked real-time: 31 • Meetings auto-captured weekly: 4 • Team members trained weekly: ~12

The Scale Multiplier:

THIS YEAR (919 homes): • Revenue: $551 million • Selections meetings saved: 460 hours • Permits processed: 919 • Customer communications: Thousands • Data points tracked: Millions

BHAG (5,000 homes): • Revenue: $3 billion • Selections meetings saved: 2,500 hours • Permits processed: 5,000 • Customer communications: Tens of thousands • Data points tracked: Tens of millions

At $3 billion in revenue, every system I've built becomes exponentially more valuable.

The Vision for Field AI:

• Inspections with AI + camera phone — Quality issues caught in real-time, logged automatically • AI-assisted takeoffs — Material quantities calculated from drawings • Design compliance checking — Building code violations flagged before permit submission • Land analysis for acquisitions — AI evaluates zoning, comps, development potential • Value engineering suggestions — Cost savings without quality compromise • Drawing-to-database connection — One point of truth from design through construction • Construction optimization — Sequencing, scheduling, resource allocation • Inefficiency detection — AI identifies patterns and suggests improvements

THE PHILOSOPHY

Everything I've built rests on one idea: AI as my thought partner.

Not AI as a tool I use occasionally. Not AI as a replacement for human thinking. AI as a collaborator I think with every single day.

When I face a problem, I talk it through with Claude. When I need to build something, I brainstorm with ChatGPT. When I'm debugging an automation, Claude Code is beside me. When I'm planning strategy at 30,000 feet, AI is analyzing our live data.

This philosophy has transformed not just my work, but my entire organization. The VP of Finance thinks with ChatGPT. The land developer analyzes acquisitions with AI. The office admin builds automations. The Kelowna branch is spreading the mindset 600 kilometers away.

AI as thought partner isn't just how I work. It's becoming how we all work.

BEYOND BUSINESS: AI WOVEN INTO MY ENTIRE LIFE

Here's what separates an AI user from an AI Master: it's not a tool you pick up at work and put down at home. It's how you think.

AI is woven into every part of my life—not just the business.

Personal Knowledge & Growth My Obsidian Second Brain isn't just for work notes. It holds 46 AI Mastery course lessons, personal insights, ideas I'm developing, books I'm processing. Smart Connections plugin finds relationships between thoughts I didn't know were connected. It syncs to my iPhone so I can capture ideas anywhere—on a walk, in the car, waiting for coffee.

Health & Wellness I have a Custom GPT dedicated to health and wellness. When I'm thinking about fitness goals, nutrition questions, or wellness strategies, I have a thought partner who knows my context and history.

Meal Planning (With a Sense of Humor) The Meal Planner Custom GPT creates weekly meal plans with shopping lists. But it knows my life:

- "With Kids" — Plans family-friendly meals when my partner has her kids over

- "With Jeff" — Gives the phone number to a pizza place

I know my strengths. AI helps me lean into them.

Writing & Creative Projects I have a Book Writing Custom GPT for long-form creative work. Ideas I'm developing. Thoughts I'm exploring. AI helps me think through structure, find the right words, push past blocks.

On-the-Go Thinking Right now, I'm using Wispr Flow to dictate these thoughts. AI captures my voice, transcribes it, and it flows into my systems. I think out loud. AI listens and records. The friction between idea and capture has disappeared.

Strategic Thinking Anywhere That story about strategic planning at 30,000 feet? That's not a one-time event. That's how I operate. Waiting for a flight. On a long drive. In a quiet moment. AI is always available as a thinking partner.

The Integration Is Complete

• Morning — Review AI-summarized meeting notes from yesterday • Commute — Wispr Flow captures ideas, syncs to Obsidian • At work — Claude analyzes data, ChatGPT drafts documents, automations run • Lunch — Meal Planner already figured out what I'm eating • Afternoon — Team training, debugging automations, building agents • Flight — Strategic planning with Claude connected to live data • Evening — Personal Second Brain captures learnings from the day • Weekend — Health & Wellness GPT, personal projects, family time optimized

This is what mastery looks like. Not someone who uses AI at work. Someone whose entire life is enhanced by AI as a thought partner.

I don't "use" AI. I think with AI. All day. Every day. Everywhere.

KEY LEARNINGS

1. AI as thought partner changes everything — This single reframe unlocked adoption across the organization and made me 10x more effective.

2. Start before you're ready — In August I knew almost nothing. Five months later, look at what's built. The learning happens in the doing.

3. Weave AI into life, not just work — The masters don't clock out from AI. Meal planning, health, personal growth, creative projects—AI enhances everything.

4. Start with data — Consolidate first. Connect everything. AI is only as good as the data it can access.

5. Automate the boring, agent the complex — Simple triggers for simple tasks. Agents for things that require navigation and judgment.

6. Vibe-coding democratizes building — Ideas are no longer bottlenecked by coding ability. Describe clearly, iterate quickly.

7. Train others early — The multiplier effect is real. One person using AI is a boost. An organization using AI is a competitive advantage.

8. Simple tools compound — A Custom GPT used 100 times beats a complex system used once.

9. Human-in-the-loop for high stakes — Agents research and recommend. Humans authorize and decide.

10. This is just the beginning — Everything built so far is foundation. The real transformation is still ahead.

CLOSING

In August, I started AI Mastery knowing very little about AI.

Five months later, AI is woven into every part of my existence. I have a thought partner. And I've built the foundation for a $3 billion company.

At work: Data systems connected to AI. Automations running without human intervention. Agents that navigate, decide, and act. Apps built without writing code. Knowledge bases that capture institutional memory. A team trained to use AI as their thought partner. Infrastructure for a company scaling from $70 million to $551 million to $3 billion.

At home: Meal planning, health and wellness, personal knowledge management, creative projects—all enhanced by AI thought partners who know my context and grow with me.

On the go: Wispr Flow captures my thoughts anywhere. Obsidian syncs across devices. Strategic planning happens at 30,000 feet. The boundary between "using AI" and "thinking" has dissolved.

And this is just the beginning. The tip of the iceberg.

Five months. Look at what's been built. Now imagine the next five months. The next year. The next five years.

I'm not a developer. I'm not a data scientist. I'm Head of Organizational Development and part owner of a homebuilder who started AI Mastery in August knowing almost nothing.

That ownership matters. Every system I build, every efficiency I create, every hour saved — it's not just doing my job well. It's building the infrastructure for a company I own. The ROI isn't theoretical. It's personal.

But with AI as my thought partner—in every domain, at every moment—I've become everything this organization needs:

- The Automation Architect — Building systems that run without intervention

- The Agentic AI Breeder — Creating agents that think and act autonomously

- The Vibe-Coding Builder — Turning ideas into apps without code

- The Optimisation Alchemist — Finding simple tools that create massive leverage

- The Team Empowerment Leader — Teaching others to harness AI

- Someone Who Walks the Talk — Living AI integration every single day, in every part of life

This is what AI mastery looks like.

Not expertise in one tool. Excellence across all of them. Not theoretical knowledge. Production systems running today. Not individual productivity. Organizational transformation. Not just at work. Everywhere.

Tools. Data infrastructure, automation platforms, agent frameworks, app builders, knowledge systems, creative tools, personal assistants.

Domains. Analytics, automation, agents, development, knowledge management, training, creative, optimization, personal growth, daily life.

Complexity levels. From a meal planner that knows when to order pizza to autonomous agents that log into portals, navigate interfaces, and pay bills.

Scale. From 117 homes to 919 this year to 5,000 at our BHAG. From $70 million to $551 million to $3 billion.

Timeline. Five months. August to now. And this is just the beginning.

All unified by one philosophy: AI as my thought partner.

Not just at work. In life. Every day. Everywhere.

The journey started in August. The transformation is complete. And the future is unlimited.

This is the Ultimate AI Master.

As I am writing this, I am helping my partner analyze her school marks for her students using chat GPT...
