A workshop facilitator now opens sessions with custom AI songs made in minutes
A custom GPT and a six-step process turn agendas and speaker profiles into original songs, once in under 30 minutes before a talk began.
This facilitator found a way to make workshops feel personal from the very first second: an original song written for that room, that topic, that guest. They built a custom GPT and a repeatable process around it. It is a lovely example of taking an AI skill from the program and turning it into something people remember.
Suno Music Genius: individualised music for workshops and events
Before
They ran workshops, community sessions and trainings, and wanted them to create engagement and be memorable. The ingredients were there: agendas, participant details, speaker profiles, training documents. What was missing was a fast, reliable way to turn that material into something that grabbed people at the start.
“Enriching Workshops and events with individualised music. It creates engagement and makes it memorable.”

The turning point
They developed a custom GPT, "Suno Music Genius", that understands what Suno needs in both lyrics and style prompts, and wrapped it in a clear process. Research comes first with ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity, then the GPT drafts a style, lyrics and a title, refined through iteration before the song is generated and remastered in Suno. The proof came with a guest speaker on corporate AI chatbots: from idea to LinkedIn research to a finished song embedded in the first slide, all within about 30 minutes, directly before the start.
“Was quite a positive surprise for the guest speaker (Topic was corporate AI chatbots)”

After
Now music is part of how they host. They have written songs like "Swinging Agile", "Scrum Shenigans & Iteration Blues" for a session on failure culture, "Rise and Create" for a generative AI workshop, and a German start song for a project management training. They plan to bring the approach into an upcoming Six Sigma Black Belt training, and even create songs from AI images by way of a poem.
What it lets people do
Facilitators can open a meeting with a song made for that exact group, timed to end about 30 seconds after the official start as a kind of countdown. The same songs can go into invitations and social posts to build anticipation before people arrive.
What they learned
They learned that a small, personal touch changes how people show up: when you are known for the music, people come early to enjoy it. They also found that the real value is the process, a structured loop of research, iteration and refinement that makes a fresh song possible on short notice.
“Serves as sort of a countdown and people tend to be early to enjoy that music if you are known for that.”

Suno Music Genius: individualised music for workshops and events was built during AI Mastery.
