Built AI-native business infrastructure and landed first client before official launch
After 19 years at adidas, she built an AI-native business infrastructure before her company officially existed—complete with automated content engine, culture assessment tool, and her first paid consulting engagement in negotiations. AI isn't supporting her business; it IS her business.
SUMMARY
I built an AI-native founder operating system using AI as my entire founding team: content strategist, developer, product manager, editor, QA tester, knowledge manager. Every system serves a specific business purpose. Nothing is theoretical. First paid engagement in advanced negotiations - before the company officially exists.
After 19 years at adidas (last role: Senior Director HR Talent), AI Mastery gave me the tools and confidence to build what I'd been planning for two years: my own business.
ACHIEVEMENTS
First market validation before official launch:
- First paid engagement in advanced talks: AI Transformation consulting for a ~6,000-person corporate. A former manager reached out based on my expertise.
- LinkedIn: posting 2x/week since November 2025, building audience before I have anything to sell
- H.E.A.R.T.-OS in testing as lead qualification tool
- Business Website (MVP, built in Lovable)
- Business launch planned: summer/fall 2026 - with audience, systems, and infrastructure already running
I'm not automating an existing business. I'm building an AI-native operating model for a company that doesn't exist yet. By launch day, I'll have operational maturity that most startups take 6–12 months to develop - as a team of one.
What I built with AI, all operational, not conceptual:
1. LinkedIn Content Engine (production, running daily)
A 4-agent automation pipeline — n8n Cloud + Claude API + Airtable + Slack. I dictate ideas on my iPhone while walking, the system produces brand-voice-checked posts with hook variants and Taoist astrology-based timing recommendations in under 3 minutes. Two modes: AI writes the post, or I write and AI enhances. 75–85% time reduction. 5 versions in 5 days, 9 git commits. Running autonomously.
2. H.E.A.R.T.-OS Culture Health Dashboard (MVP, in testing)
30-question web assessment across 5 dimensions: Human Connection, Effectiveness, Adaptability, Relentless Communication, Trusted Leadership. Automated scoring across 4 score bands, personalized PDF reports with context-aware recommendations. Built in Lovable with a 10,000+ word prompt-as-product-spec. Currently testing with selected contacts as lead generation tool.
This framework draws on 19 years of corporate culture and leadership experience systematized into a tool that any organization can use. The methodology comes from 19 years of experience which I made it into a product.
3. First version of my business website - built entirely with AI using Lovable as no-code platform. Serves as digital home base for the business launch, connecting H.E.A.R.T.-OS assessment, content, and strategy call booking. Working name, design and copy will evolve - but the infrastructure is live.
4. Custom Claude Skills + AI Ecosystem (production, used daily)
Two Claude Skills I built from scratch for my business:
(a) LinkedIn content creation — 5 content pillars, voice guidelines, hook generation, Taoist astrology timing
(b) Business astrology scheduling from personal birth chart analysis
Plus a thinking and decision support skill adapted from the AI Mastery curriculum - customized with my own reference material and operating modes.
Beyond Claude, I run a full AI ecosystem across my business: Custom GPTs in ChatGPT for specialized tasks, Midjourney and Gemini for image creation (LinkedIn visuals), Perplexity for deep research and competitive analysis, and 20+ organized ChatGPT + Claude Projects covering everything from business strategy to family organization. AI is not one tool — it's the operating layer across every function.
5. Brand Voice Engineering System (production)
23KB XML voice definition + Voice Guide + 8 real LinkedIn posts as calibration anchors + 5 knowledge base files. QA layer with AI language detection and rubric-based scoring across 5 dimensions.
This is why my AI-generated content doesn't sound like AI.
TOOLS
- Claude (Chat, Code, API, Desktop, Skills, Co-Work) — primary AI partner across all business functions
- n8n Cloud — workflow automation (13-node multi-agent pipeline)
- Airtable — databases + mobile forms + AI-enhanced analytics fields
- Lovable — no-code MVP building (H.E.A.R.T.-OS + MVP of Website)
- ChatGPT — ideation, DALL-E images, initial framework brainstorming
- Gemini — image editing
- Slack — automated notifications
- Canva + Midjourney — visual content
- Perplexity — market research, competitive analysis
- Wispr Flow — voice dictation for mobile idea capture
- VS Code + Claude Code — development, prompt engineering, git management
- GitHub — version control
- Notion — content management (early stage)
- NotebookLM — Learning and thinking + sparring partner
METHODOLOGY
1. AI as operating system: Not a tool I use sometimes. AI is embedded in every business function — strategy, content, product development, automation, decisions, knowledge management. 15+ tools, used daily.
2. Systems over prompts: I don't write prompts. I build systems — Claude Skills with modular reference files, agent pipelines with specialized roles, knowledge architectures that feed automations. Components connect to each other.
3. Ship and iterate: LinkedIn pipeline = 5 versions in 5 days. H.E.A.R.T.-OS = MVP in testing. Claude Skills evolved from single ChatGPT files into modular systems with full architecture overhauls. Nothing stays theoretical.
4. Domain expertise amplified by AI: 19 years of corporate culture and leadership experience, systematized into AI-powered frameworks (H.E.A.R.T.-OS, brand voice system, Taoist astrology timing). These can't be replicated by someone without the domain knowledge.
LEARNINGS
1. AI Mastery changed my career trajectory. Signed up as a corporate employee. Left as a founder with infrastructure already built. What Sara and Tyler taught about thinking in agents, systems, and workflows gave me the mental framework to design AI-native business processes. Without AI Mastery, I would still be copy-pasting into ChatGPT.
2. Building before launch is a strategic move, not procrastination. Every system I build now is one I don't have to build under client pressure later. Pre-launch infrastructure is a competitive advantage most founders never have.
3. "Solopreneur" is misleading. With AI as thinking partner, developer, and content team, I produce what would normally require 4–5 people. AI doesn't replace my judgment - it amplifies 19 years of experience.
4. The strongest AI systems combine domain expertise with technical architecture. My Taoist astrology engine, brand voice system, and H.E.A.R.T.-OS framework are unique because they're built on deep personal knowledge — not generic AI capabilities.
5. Build your content brain early. After my first 5–8 LinkedIn posts, I started tracking everything in Airtable — not just text, but performance data, content pillars, hooks that worked, timing patterns. This structured "content brain" is now the foundation my automation draws from. Whether I'm writing LinkedIn posts, preparing a book, or designing workshops — every piece of content feeds back into the same knowledge base.
AI is not supporting my business. AI IS my business infrastructure.
