A product manager with 19 years in contact centers built a voice bot by
An AI voice bot that answers calls 24/7, books appointments and verifies callers, built entirely through conversational prompts.
This student spent more than 19 years in product management and the contact center industry, always knowing exactly what good software should do. In their Mindvalley program they finally built it themselves, without writing traditional code. Their story shows that deep experience can become a working product when you learn to partner with AI.
AI Voice Bot
Before
For nearly two decades, they worked on the product side of contact center software. They understood callers, workflows and what production systems need. But turning that knowledge into a working application meant writing code, and that was not how they worked.
“I translated 19+ years of product management and CCaaS industry expertise into a working application through conversational prompts.”

The turning point
In the program they discovered vibe-coding: describing what they wanted in plain language and letting Claude Code, inside VS Code, generate the architecture, code and integrations. The work moved step by step through scaffolding, integration, debugging and security hardening, all driven by conversation rather than syntax. They realised the hard part was never the code itself.
“This is the essence of vibe-coding: merging deep domain knowledge with AI to build something real.”

After
They built a fully functional AI voice bot. It answers inbound calls through Twilio Voice, holds natural conversations powered by OpenAI GPT, books appointments straight into Google Calendar and checks caller identity with Twilio Verify. Their industry background let them ask for production-ready details like error handling, rate limiting and webhook security.
What it lets people do
The bot lets a business answer every inbound call, day or night, with a natural conversation. Callers can book an appointment that lands directly in a calendar, and their identity is verified along the way.
What they learned
They see vibe-coding as a real shift: people who understand a problem deeply can now build serious software with AI as a partner. In their words, the differentiator is knowing what to build and how to prompt for it, and that is where human experience matters most.
“The hardest part isn’t the code — it’s knowing what to build and how to prompt for it.”
In their own words
AI Voice Bot was built during AI Mastery.
