Achievements:

Built an AI voice bot that democratizes access to 24/7 customer service for small and mid-size businesses. Previously, only enterprises could afford round-the-clock phone coverage. This solution replaces expensive answering services ($200–$1,000+/month) with AI-powered call handling at API cost ($20–$50/month), leveling the playing field for solopreneurs, local service providers, and small businesses that depend on inbound calls for their livelihood.

Methodology:

AI-assisted development through Claude Code. Built with real-world small business needs at the center — informed by direct experience consulting with realtors, medical offices, and service providers through Blessed AI Solutions. Every feature was designed around the impact question: how does this help a small business owner who’s losing customers because they can’t answer the phone?

Learnings:

The biggest societal impact of AI may not be in flashy consumer products — it’s in making enterprise-grade capabilities accessible to small businesses and individuals who previously couldn’t afford them. AI is the great equalizer. One person with the right tools and domain expertise can now deliver solutions that previously required teams and budgets only available to large organizations.
