Achievements:

Built an AI voice bot through Blessed AI Solutions that empowers client teams by removing the burden of after-hours call handling. Rather than asking teams to work nights and weekends or hire additional staff, the AI bot handles inbound calls 24/7, books appointments, and sends confirmed bookings directly to Google Calendar — freeing team members to focus on high-value work during business hours. This multiplies team output without increasing headcount.

Methodology:
