Built two companies, three websites, and landed first client in 90 days
Starting with no team, no budget, and no coding background, she used Mindvalley's AI Mastery Program to architect an entire digital workforce. In 90 days, she launched her own automation agency from zero, landed her first $35K client, and delivered three websites, two CRMs, and multiple AI agents—all as a solo operator.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Four months ago I enrolled in Mindvalley's AI Mastery Program with one goal: learn to architect AI. While still in the program, I built Reimagine Automation (RA) from the ground up: brand, sales pipeline, website, marketing, automation workflows, and core operating infrastructure. Mid-build, I took on a full digital transformation for my first paying client. The 90-day impact across both ventures: three live websites, two CRMs, two digital voice agents, one brand built from zero, one brand modernized and reorganized, and multiple automation workflows. Two companies. One solo operator. One AI-architected system running it all.
THE WHY
I started pre-revenue, solo, with no team, no agency budget, and a ticking runway clock. The traditional route: hire a brand strategist, a web developer, a copywriter, an ops manager, wasn't an option. So I built an AI system to become my digital workforce, strategy partner, and execution team. What I accomplished in under three months was only possible because of the frameworks, skills, and techniques taught in this program. Without that structure, I'd have spent months lost in YouTube tutorials. Instead, I built an entire business.
THE MINDVALLEY TRANSFORMATION
Before the program, I was using AI tools individually: a chatbot here, a design tool there, one-off prompts starting from zero every session (getting frustrated with the multiple rounds and hallucinations). The program taught me to build inside Claude, not just talk to it. Custom Skills that encode a process once and reuse it every time. Projects that centralize context and documentation so I never start from a blank page twice. Connectors that link Claude directly to the platforms doing the actual work. That's the difference between using AI and running a business on it.
HOW IT WORKS & TECH STACK
The tools alone don't explain the speed. What made this fast was learning to build inside Claude the way the program taught, not just prompt it.
- Claude (AI, Cowork, Code) — Reasoning, Build Partner & Skills Library. A dedicated library of custom Skills, including: RA's full brand voice, terminology, and visual standards, so every deliverable executes on-brand without re-explaining it each time. GoHighLevel (GHL) build methodology and QA sequencing. A client delivery SOP as a repeatable onboarding checklist. Client-ready automation architecture diagrams, generated before a single workflow gets built. MCP connectors for GHL build validation and QA. Everything lives inside Projects, with markdown documentation for each business, so I can close a session and pick back up with full context. Nothing relearned, nothing lost.
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — CRM, Website & Marketing Ops Platform. A genuinely complex, all-in-one platform you can't just buy and start building on. AI flattened that learning curve substantially. Nika, my Voice AI front-desk agent, is live on the RA website: handling website conversations, inbound calls, reception, inquiries, and scheduling end to end. The client's Voice AI is live on IVR, with matching website chat integration in progress. Custom automations deployed for lead capture, email sequences (sales, follow-up, promotions), and call-flow scheduling (confirmations, reminders, cancellations).
- Airtable — Connected Command Hub. Not a tracking sheet Claude references, an active connector. Deliverables, statuses, SOPs, QA checks, and risk logs auto-feed between Airtable and Claude, staying current across both businesses in real time.
- Higgsfield — AI Motion & Video Generation. Took the still brand imagery I built in Canva for RA's core value proposition and animated each into motion, including the moving line graphics that visually represent Strategic Flow, RA's core positioning concept. Not a prettier website, a visual expression of the brand's actual thesis. For the client, I built an animated hero video from a single still headshot covering her proprietary framework, now playing in the hero section leading on the service page leading into the framework section.
- Canva AI — Brand Asset Production. Custom logos, brand kits, and marketing collateral, built and iterated in a fraction of traditional design-cycle time.
- Whisprflow — Voice Capture. Used across every project to dictate ideas and drafts hands-free, at the speed I actually think.
- Gemini — Research & Drafting Support.
- Google Workspace — Business Infrastructure. Email, domains, docs, the operational backbone underneath all of it.
THE PROOF
While I was still standing up my own platform, I retained my first paying client: Kawaiola Life Design LLC. The owner is an established author, speaker, coach, and foundation leader running multiple lines of business, but her branding and websites had grown fragmented and overlapping to the point that her own audience regularly told her they didn't understand what she actually did. That's the exact problem Reimagine Automation exists to solve: simplifying complexity into what I call Strategic Flow.
Using the identical stack, including the same Skills and Airtable connector I built for my own brand, I:
1. Re-architected her brand identity and redesigned her parent LLC logo.
2. Streamlined her digital footprint into distinct, non-competing service lanes.
3. Delivered optimized websites, a full CRM build, custom automations, and IVR AI agent.
4. Built a custom AI-generated narrative video from a single headshot photo and her five proprietary frameworks, using the image-to-video and context-engineering prompting techniques taught in the program.
Market-rate value of the client engagement: $35,000. This project proved RA's value proposition under real market conditions, on a real client, before I ever took the model to scale.
WHAT'S NEXT
Nika is the first agent in a growing stack. I'm building custom AI agents for RA's own social media scheduling, content pipeline, and end-to-end CRM operations. I'll offer the same agentic workflows to clients, converting their manual, tactical operations into automated systems and giving them back their most valuable asset: time.
THE ACCOMPLISHMENT & IMPACT
Four months ago, none of this existed: no brand, no website, no tech stack, no client. Today, Reimagine Automation is a fully operational, revenue-generating, digital marketing and automation agency. I built and deployed every layer solo: zero staff, no outside agencies, no coding background beyond what this program taught. Every department a traditional agency launch requires, brand strategy, copywriting, web development, video production, operations, and client delivery. All of this workflow was executed by one person architecting AI as a multi-disciplinary workforce. That's not a productivity gain. That's a fundamentally new way to build a company in the agentic era.
