Built six custom AI assistants and automated workflows for multiple clients

 @Beck-AI's Buddy is a Custom GPT personal assistant developed to deliver tailored automation and AI-driven solutions for Becky Andrade's clients as a GenAI Consultant. Acting as a strategic partner, this tool empowers businesses to streamline workflows, integrate systems, and implement innovative solutions that address specific operational challenges. With @Beck-AI’s Buddy, clients gain access to highly personalized workflows and scalable systems designed to enhance efficiency and drive growth.

Achievements:

- Tailored Workflow Automation: Implemented automated systems for clients using tools like Make, Airtable, and Glide, reducing manual processes.

- Development of Client-Specific Use Cases:

- Piccoletta's GenAI-Driven Solution: From MVPs like the Airtable Inventory and "Club Piccoletta's Glide App" to a future fully automated solution covering the entire business process.

- Sigtronic's GenAI-Driven Solution: Starting with MVPs such as Song, Video, PowerPoint, Customer Avatar, Marketing One-Sentence Persuasion, progressing towards a fully automated workflow.

- Custom GPT /Assistants

- @Lifebook Navigator: Based on the "J&M Butcher's Program," this assistant helps generate Lifebook content. In future stages, it will support habit tracking, goal-setting, and tailored progress monitoring for individual life-planning frameworks.

- @Sailbot Raya: A maritime assistant for managing the maintenance, navigation, and operations of the MacGregor 26M sailboat.

- @Inge AI: A custom GPT assistant designed to address technical challenges encountered during IT solutions development and Advanced AI Mastery journey.

- @Q'uentas Scanner GPT: A custom GPT tool that collects expenses, and integrates with accountability systems, organizes transactions. It's aimed to automate expense management while providing real-time insights. 

- @My AIMastery Coach: Built on the principles of Advanced AI Mastery, this tailored learning assistant helps individuals and teams master AI tools and workflows with personalized guidance.

- @GenIAI Bot: Educational assistant focused on introducing non-technical professionals to the world of Generative Artificial Intelligence.

Tools Used:

- No-Code Platforms: Make, Airtable, Glide, Flowise.

- Generative AI Tools: GPT-4 for advanced problem-solving, DALL·E for creative content generation, All ready made custom GPT. AI Tools : SORA, Suno, 

- API Integration: uses APIs for interconnectivity and workflow automation.

Methodology:

- Client Discovery: Conducted in-depth consultations to identify workflows, pain points, and business goals.

- Solution Design: Used @Beck-AI’s Buddy to create tailored workflows that integrated AI and no-code platforms effectively.

- Computational Thinking: Incorporated Vykintas' Knowledge Airtable base to leverage achievements and insights for solution-building.

- Relational Database Managment Best Practices: my own foundations

- Iterative Implementation: Delivered solutions step-by-step, refining workflows based on real-time feedback to ensure scalability and alignment with client needs.

Learnings:

- Applying learnings allows to adopt the Gen AI technology (almost every lesson from AI Mastery program)
