Built a live AI-powered client delivery system now running my practice
A biological performance coach with 30 years of clinical experience built a complete AI-powered client management system from scratch—no developers, no generic templates. Now running live across multiple clients, it evolved through real-world use into a practitioner toolkit that finally speaks the language of his practice.
I built a two-part client delivery system with AI: a live client protocol app (progress tracking, biological driver protocols, movement and nutrition guidance, body composition trends charted over time) and a practitioner-side food diary analyser that takes a client's raw diary entry and runs it through AI analysis to generate the report. This isn't a concept — it's what I'm running my practice on right now, across more than one client.
Tools: Claude, HTML/CSS/JS, Chart.js, Formspree, Airtable, Netlify.
Methodology: I didn't write a spec and hand it to a developer. I built it live against real clients — adjusting the modules as I went, keeping what worked, cutting what didn't, and shaping each section (progress charts, protocol cards, diary intake, AI-generated reporting) around what each client actually needed. It's evolved with every client I've run it on, not been built once and left alone.
Learnings: Building it myself meant the system speaks BPM's language properly — nothing generic, nothing "wellness app" about it. Thirty years of clinical work has finally got a delivery system built specifically for it, not bent to fit off-the-shelf software.
Attachments: both HTML files (Progress/Protocol/Movement/Diary/Nutrition app + Diary Analyser), sample client name John Doe.
