A parenting coach who never felt technical built the quiz she'd long imagined

An interactive parenting quiz that invites parents into research and sends personalized Tiny Habits suggestions by email.

Sylvia had wanted for years to turn a parenting workshop into something that could reach more families, and an earlier attempt at a quiz never quite worked. With Lovable and ChatGPT, she built the PURPO Parenting Quiz and discovered she could think in systems. Her story shows how far a clear purpose can carry someone who never saw themselves as technical.

PURPO Parenting Quiz

Before

For years, Sylvia wanted to turn a parenting workshop she had delivered into something scalable and helpful for more families. She had tried building a quiz before, but it never quite worked. She did not see herself as technical, so the idea stayed out of reach.

“I had tried building a quiz before, but it never quite worked.”

The turning point

Using ChatGPT, she structured the questions and refined her PURPO framework. Then she shaped the experience inside Lovable, describing what she wanted it to feel like and refining from there. She focused on flow, clarity and emotional tone until it felt intuitive and aligned.

“I’ve never seen myself as “technical,” but building this changed that.”

After

The PURPO Parenting Quiz is now live, an experience that helps parents reflect on their intentionality without it feeling heavy. It works as the front door to a larger ecosystem, with research participation and personalized follow-up built in. She has since helped a friend who was about to give up on her own quiz dream build one too.

What it lets people do

Parents can reflect on how intentional their parenting is in a way that feels engaging. They can choose to join Sylvia's ongoing parenting research and receive personalized habit suggestions by email, so the follow-up feels supportive rather than transactional.

What they learned

The biggest change was inside her. She learned to think in systems, flows and iteration, and found that AI did more than help her build a quiz: it widened her sense of what she can create.

“AI didn’t just help me build the quiz — it expanded what I believe I’m capable of building.”

In their own words

PURPO Parenting Quiz was built during AI Mastery.

For years, I’ve wanted to turn a parenting workshop I once delivered into something scalable and genuinely helpful for more families. I had tried building a quiz before, but it never quite worked. This time, using Lovable and ChatGPT, I finally created the PURPO Parenting Quiz — an interactive experience that helps parents reflect on their intentionality in a way that feels engaging, not heavy. I structured the questions and refined the PURPO framework with ChatGPT, then iteratively shaped the experience inside Lovable until it felt intuitive and aligned. I focused on flow, clarity, and emotional tone — describing what I wanted the experience to feel like and refining from there. What makes this project especially meaningful is how connected it is. The quiz isn’t just an assessment — it’s the front door to a larger ecosystem. I built in an option for participants to be part of my ongoing parenting research, allowing me to gather real insights over time. As a certified Tiny Habits® coach, I also designed the results to generate personalized habit suggestions that can be emailed directly to participants. The follow-up feels natural and supportive rather than transactional. The biggest shift was internal. I’ve never seen myself as “technical,” but building this changed that. I now think in systems, flows, and iteration. AI didn’t just help me build the quiz — it expanded what I believe I’m capable of building. After creating the quiz, I've been helping a friend do the same as she was giving up on her quiz dream after several months. Now she is dancing in the stars ever since she learned how to make the dream come true.
