The turning point
The Mindvalley AI Mastery Program gave them the knowledge, the tools and a community that encouraged them. They learned to build in Flowise, power conversations with OpenAI GPT, and connect everything with Make and Google Sheets. Step by step, they trained a chatbot on their own website content and set clear rules for how it should behave.

Today their website has a friendly AI assistant, dressed in their brand colours. It responds in the visitor's own language, stays focused on life coaching, and invites people to book a consultation. A custom tool they built, Add_Lead, saves each person's name, email and preferred service into a Google Sheet, while Make sends notifications so no one waits too long for a reply.
What it lets people do
Visitors get a comfortable, personal first conversation in their own language, at any hour. They learn about the coaching services and are gently guided toward a consultation, while the coach gets organised client details without the paperwork.
What they learned
They learned that AI can make interactions feel more personal, not less, and that automation frees time for the work that matters. Feedback from test users taught them to keep refining, and matching the design to their identity built trust.

Imagine visiting a website and being greeted by a warm, helpful assistant who not only understands your needs but guides you effortlessly towards your goals. That’s exactly what the Chatbot for Your Life Coaching Website does!
This chatbot is a friendly, AI-powered assistant designed to connect potential clients with my life coaching services on www.cosminabalu.com. It goes beyond simple conversations by collecting user information, recommending consultations, and sending leads directly to my database—all while reflecting my unique coaching brand.
With its smart design and smooth user experience, this chatbot is more than a tool; it’s a bridge between technology and authentic human connection.
Achievements:
1. Connecting with Clients Effortlessly:
o Designed an AI assistant that interacts in the user’s preferred language, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience.
2. Streamlined Lead Management:
o Automated lead collection and saved client details directly to a Google Sheet, simplifying follow-ups and client management.

o Uploaded information into a Vector Store, allowing the chatbot to provide accurate and relevant responses.
4. Automated Lead Capture:
o Created a custom tool, Add_Lead, to save client details directly into a Google Sheet.
5. Brand Personalization:
o Customized the chatbot’s visual design using FlowiseAI Chat Customizer to match my brand identity.
6. Workflow Automation:
o Automated notifications and follow-ups using Make to ensure timely responses.
Learnings:
