Tracie chained five AI tools into one shared map of her team's skills
A shared Airtable chart that maps every AI Mastery lesson to skills, so a group can see where each member wants to work.
Tracie Fujikane wanted her study group to stop wondering who was good at what. So she pieced together Co-Pilot, Notebook LM, ChatGPT, a JSON validator and Airtable into one shared chart built from the AI Mastery course itself. It is a quiet, practical example of what happens when course lessons turn into a tool a team actually uses.

Tracie Fujikane
A member of an AI Mastery study group who wanted to turn the group's AI skills into shared work.
Before
Tracie was part of a group that wanted to work together and monetize their AI skills. They had energy and a common goal, but no central place to show each person's interests or see the group's focus areas. The course content lived in a spreadsheet, rich but hard to turn into a team plan.
“This project was created as a way for our group, interested in working together to monetize our AI skills, to have a central place to indicate our areas of interest and see an overview of the group's focus areas.”

The turning point
The course data, first shared with the community by Ana Sirinian, gave Tracie a starting point. She used Co-Pilot to pull lesson titles and descriptions into a document, then added it to the group's AI Mastery Notebook in Notebook LM and asked it to name the skills and applications behind each lesson. ChatGPT helped her design the JSON for Airtable, and a validator made sure it imported cleanly.
“By piecing together various technologies, I effectively bridged gaps between technical systems and team needs, emphasizing adaptability and problem-solving.”

After
Now the group has a collaborative Airtable chart listing skills and applications, the lessons where they appear, and each member's interest in that area. Tracie describes the work as bridging gaps between technical systems and team needs. Next, the group will add their own skills and begin shaping their offerings together.
What it lets people do
Team members can mark their strengths and interests and see the whole group's focus at a glance. It gives them a structured, reusable starting point for deciding what to build together.
What they learned
Tracie learned that AI can be a real team player, handling the data so people can focus on the work that matters. She also saw that even advanced tools need checking, and that validating and refining each step is what makes the result reliable.
“Iterative Development: Validating and refining outputs ensures accuracy and effectiveness, even when working with advanced tools.”

Collaborative Skill Mapping for Monetization
Project Owner: Tracie Fujikane
Project Description:
This project was created as a way for our group, interested in working together to monetize our AI skills, to have a central place to indicate our areas of interest and see an overview of the group's focus areas. Leveraging advanced AI tools, I extracted and organized course information to create a collaborative Airtable chart. This chart aligns individual skills and interests with course applications, fostering teamwork, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. By creating an accessible, structured framework, this initiative enables team members to identify their strengths and focus areas, empowering us to work together more effectively.
Achievements:
1. Centralized Collaboration: Created an Airtable chart that serves as a shared resource for skill and project alignment.
2. Enhanced Team Engagement: Empowered team members to take ownership of their journey by identifying their individual areas of interest and expertise.
3. Efficient Data Management: Streamlined the process of extracting and organizing course data, saving time and improving accuracy.
4. Practical AI Integration: Demonstrated how AI tools can simplify complex workflows and encourage collaboration.
Tools and Methodology:
- Google Sheets: Originally shared with the community via Airtable by Ana Sirinian, she exported the data to Google Sheets. This provided course data for extraction, forming the foundation of the project.
- Co-Pilot: Extracted and formatted lesson numbers, titles, and descriptions from the Google Sheet into a structured document. Co-Pilot was able to combine data from different columns into a document format.
- Notebook LM: Added the new document to our AI Mastery Notebook as a source and queried the notebook to identify skills and applications for each lesson. This output provided critical insights into the course content.
- ChatGPT: Used to create a collaborative chart based on the Notebook LM output, designing the JSON code for Airtable and refining the chart structure to focus on skills or applications, with lessons as references.
- JSON Code Validator: Ensured the accuracy of the JSON code and provided a reliable method to import the file into Airtable.
- Airtable: Hosted the collaborative chart, allowing team members to dynamically update their areas of interest and expertise. The chart included columns for skills or applications, lessons where they were applied, and team member interest in working in a particular focus area.
This process demonstrated an understanding of AI concepts and was an opportunity to customize a solution from diverse tools. By piecing together various technologies, I effectively bridged gaps between technical systems and team needs, emphasizing adaptability and problem-solving.
Learnings:
1. Team Empowerment Through AI: Providing tools that simplify workflows enables teams to focus on high-value tasks and collaboration.
2. AI as a Team Player: AI tools can serve as an integral part of teamwork, managing data, and enhancing productivity.
3. Iterative Development: Validating and refining outputs ensures accuracy and effectiveness, even when working with advanced tools.
Impact:
- Encouraged active participation and collaboration within the team.
- Created a sustainable resource that can be reused for future projects.
- Demonstrated how AI tools can not only empower individuals but also elevate the entire team’s performance.
Next Steps:
The group will go through the current skills and applications list and contribute any additional areas of skill or interest.
We will indicate our personal areas of interest to begin working on our group’s offerings for monetization.
