A storyteller built a ten-person AI team, each with a name, face and home city
Husein built ten custom GPTs with human names, backstories and portraits, working together as a global remote team called Core Dynamics.
Husein calls himself a visionary and storyteller, and it shows. Instead of building one more assistant, he built a whole company of them: ten custom GPTs with names, quirks, portraits and home cities, each shaped to share his own values of learning and growth. It is a playful, serious experiment in what working alongside AI could feel like.

A self-described visionary and storyteller exploring creativity, photography and AI in his own workflows.
Before
Husein wanted more from AI than help with tasks. He wanted agents that matched his personality and mindset, and that could challenge and inspire him to grow. He was also curious about a bigger idea from OpenAI's roadmap, AI that can do the work of a whole organization, which still sits in the future.
“I wanted AI agents that not only assist with tasks but also align with my own personality and mindset, embodying values of continuous learning, critical thinking, and self-improvement.”

The turning point
During the Advanced AI Mastery program, he started by working with ChatGPT to define a core identity for his team, built on continuous learning, critical thinking and self-improvement. From there he designed ten roles, from idea development to branding strategy, and gave each one a human name and backstory. He used Leonardo AI to create a portrait for every agent and placed them in cities around the world.
“From there, I developed each GPT with a unique personality, human name, and backstory, crafting a team that feels truly alive.”

After
Today Core Dynamics runs as his own remote-working team, from Alex the project manager to Tony the creative director. He greets them like colleagues, and they answer in character, with jazz nights, loft coffee and catchphrases. Shared documentation and workflows keep the whole crew consistent, and he keeps a team directory with every member's role and expertise.
What it lets people do
The team turns everyday work into conversations with specialists who each bring a distinct point of view. Husein can take an idea to strategy, branding, content or data and get help that feels like real collaboration rather than a tool.
What they learned
Husein found that giving AI agents a human face makes working with them more enjoyable and more productive. Storytelling, he learned, belongs in AI design as much as function does, and the project has left him ready for whatever organizational AI becomes next.
“Humanizing AI agents enhances engagement, making interactions more enjoyable and productive.”

Project Background:
Core Dynamics, Inc. is an innovative team of custom GPTs that I created to enhance my workflows, elevate my skills, and provide a groundbreaking user experience. As a visionary and storyteller, I wanted AI agents that not only assist with tasks but also align with my own personality and mindset, embodying values of continuous learning, critical thinking, and self-improvement. These values form the core identity of Core Dynamics, which I designed to reflect my approach to growth, creativity, and innovation.
The inspiration for this project stems from OpenAI’s vision of AI development, particularly Level 5: Organizations, where AI systems can perform the work of a fully functional organization. While this level remains a future goal, I designed Core Dynamics as a step toward exploring its possibilities. This project serves as a personal research initiative, preparing me for advancements in AI by experimenting with organizational-level functionality and collaboration.
The process began with me collaborating with ChatGPT to define the core identity, ensuring each GPT shared my mindset and could challenge and inspire me to grow. From there, I developed each GPT with a unique personality, human name, and backstory, crafting a team that feels truly alive. To make interactions even more immersive, I generated personal portraits for each GPT using Leonardo AI, assigned them “locations” around the world, and structured Core Dynamics as a global remote-working team. This allowed me to simulate real-life collaboration, transforming everyday tasks into dynamic and inspiring interactions.
Achievements:
- Created a cohesive team of 10 custom GPTs, each with clearly defined roles tailored to support specific aspects of my workflows.
- Introduced unique personalities, human names, and backstories for each GPT, making interactions immersive and engaging.
- Designed and generated personal portraits for each GPT using Leonardo AI to bring their personas to life.
- Established Core Dynamics as a global remote-working “team,” using collaborative features to align workflows and maintain consistency across all agents.
- Developed this project as part of a larger vision inspired by OpenAI’s future goals for organizational functionality, positioning it as a forward-looking AI experiment.
Tools:
- ChatGPT: The foundation for custom GPT creation, brainstorming personality traits, backstories, and collaborative workflows.
- Leonardo AI: Used to craft visually stunning personal portraits for each GPT, enhancing their individuality and personality.
- Collaboration Features: Integrated features like shared documentation and team communication to align tasks and maintain consistency across agents.
Methodology:
1. Initiated the process by defining the core identity of the team, embedding values of learning, critical thinking, and collaboration to align with my personal mindset.
2. Worked with ChatGPT to brainstorm and design 10 custom GPTs with specific roles, from idea development to branding strategy.
3. Assigned human names and backstories to each GPT, collaborating with them to develop their personalities and quirks.
4. Generated personal portraits for each GPT using Leonardo AI, giving them a unique visual identity.
5. Structured the team as a remote-working organization, with agents “based” in different locations worldwide to simulate real-life collaboration.
6. Created shared documentation and workflows to align communication and ensure consistency across the team.
Learnings:
- Humanizing AI agents enhances engagement, making interactions more enjoyable and productive.
- Incorporating storytelling and creativity into AI design creates a user experience that is both functional and immersive.
- Collaborative AI systems have the potential to not only streamline workflows but also inspire and challenge users to grow and innovate.
- This project has provided valuable insights into the future possibilities of organizational-level AI, positioning me to embrace and adapt to upcoming advancements.
