The voice bot project extends this philosophy: taking the painful process of missed calls and after-hours scheduling and turning it into an automated, AI-driven solution.

Methodology:
Start with the client’s pain point, identify the simplest AI tool that solves it, build the solution, and iterate based on feedback. Not every problem needs a complex system — sometimes a well-designed Custom GPT is the highest-impact, lowest-effort solution. The alchemy is in knowing which tool fits which problem.
Learnings:
The biggest optimization wins often come from the simplest implementations. A Custom GPT that saves a realtor 2 hours per listing has more real-world impact than a complex system that never gets adopted. Low-hanging AI fruits are still fruits — and for small businesses, they’re often the most nutritious.
