Kaelin built seven custom GPTs to power a family mortgage business's marketing

Seven custom GPTs for emails, video prompts, scripts and hooks, built to help a family mortgage business market itself.

Kaelin Flanery took what they learned in AI Mastery and turned it into a working toolkit for the family business. Instead of one experiment, they built seven custom GPTs, each handling a different piece of marketing. It is a clear picture of how a program class can become something a real business uses every day.

Custom GPTs for Peak Capital Mortgage

Before

Kaelin's family runs a mortgage company, and like many small businesses it needed a steady stream of emails, videos and social posts. Each piece of content meant starting from a blank page. Writing scripts, finding hooks and crafting video prompts all took time and creative effort.

The turning point

In Mindvalley's AI Mastery program, Kaelin learned to build custom GPTs. During the Social Media class, they created a tool that generates scripts in the "2 characters, 1 lightbulb" format. That exercise showed them how a single GPT could take over a repeatable creative task.

After

Kaelin went on to build a whole set of tools. There is the Peak Capital Email Generator for engaging emails, a Runway Video GPT that writes video prompts from an uploaded image, a Rapid-Fire Mortgage Q&A script writer, a viral business script generator and Hooked on Hooks for strong openers. They also made a short video on Sora and edited it in Canva.

What it lets people do

Together, the GPTs let a small team produce emails, video scripts, image and video prompts and hooks quickly and consistently. Mortgage questions become ready-to-film Q&A scripts, and a single image can become a prompt for a video.

What they learned

Kaelin found that the best way to use AI is to build tools around the jobs you do again and again. One class exercise became a pattern they could repeat across every part of their marketing.

I have created multiple custom GPTs for my families business: I created the Peak Capital Email Generator - creates high quality and engagine emails. I attached the sample email that I got from it. I didn't include the GPT link as it is just for Peak Capital Mortgage.
