A leadership developer built an AI-powered engine to run a new business
A landing page with an AI Leadership Readiness Scorecard, a weekly content engine and AirTable apps that run leadership programs in one place.
This founder of a new leadership business, Deeply Human, did not wait until the program ended to use what they learned. Class by class, they turned new skills into working systems: a scorecard landing page, a content engine for a newsletter called The Deep Signal, and a second brain for their team. It is a clear picture of what happens when learning is applied right away to work that matters.
Before
They were launching a new business, Deeply Human, built around leadership development. Running programs meant juggling participant prework, design, venues, speakers, facilitator evaluations and costs. Weekly podcast, social posts and a newsletter all needed a steady flow of good content.
“Using skills learned from Vyk, Daniel, Vishen, and Dominic and applied in many of Vyk's sessions, supported by Rui, I built a new landing page with an AI Leadership Readiness Scorecard for my new business, Deeply Human.”

The turning point
In the program they learned from Vyk, Daniel, Vishen and Dominic, applying the skills in many of Vyk's sessions with support from Rui. They learned to create reusable AI Skills, used Vishen's writing approach to make content more engaging, and picked up image generation methods from Dominic. They then worked with Claude Code and CoWork to put those skills to use.
After
They built a landing page with an AI Leadership Readiness Scorecard and a content engine that uses their Voice Guide and a Living Portrait of themselves to drive LinkedIn posts, short videos and The Deep Signal newsletter. The first short-form video scripts are written and logged automatically in AirTable. They also built AirTable apps that hold a whole program, from prework to expenses, in one place, and now create AI images for client presentations every week.
What it lets people do
Their team can open a new program record from a form, track every program on a kanban board, check readiness across sessions, venues, speakers and prework, and follow expenses with live charts. Leaders who visit the landing page can measure how ready they are for AI through the scorecard.
What they learned
Their biggest lesson is that skills stick when you use them at once, on something real. Each class became a working piece of the business rather than a note to come back to later.
“Bottom line, I feel grateful to have learned by applying immediately on something of meaning and impact.”
