Built a fully operational AI sales system for a Malaysian travel company
A Malaysian destination management company transformed its sales operations by building an AI system that handles everything from enquiry triage to automated team briefings. By empowering non-technical staff to build and own the system themselves, they created a replicable 23-stage workflow that removes friction rather than adding complexity.
Achievements
Built a fully operational AI Sales System for a Malaysian DMC — handling enquiry triage, itinerary costing, supplier tracking, commercial sign-off, and automated daily briefings for the entire team. System goes live August 2026.

Methodology
Designed a 23-stage Sales Workflow SOP with 5 hard commercial gates — Claude prepares, humans decide. Built 8 purpose-built skill files stored in Google Drive as a single source of truth. Guiding principle: staff build and own the system, the consultant designs and briefs. Every task that could be delegated was.
Learnings
AI works best when it removes friction from existing habits, not when it demands new ones. A non-technical team adopts a system faster when they help build it. Documentation is the product — the skills and SOP are what make this replicable.
