The turning point
In the program they learned to define a challenge clearly before building anything, then to design custom GPTs around real needs. They practised crafting precise prompts and organizing messy data into something clear and usable. That method became the backbone of everything they built next.

They now lead an AI-driven culture across their team and client community. They built a virtual concierge for Estancia Los Chañares and Prompt Sensei, an AI mentor for prompt writing, with a Team Assist and an OKR Coach in progress. They also run weekly coaching sessions that introduce their community to AI as a tool for personal growth.
What it lets people do
Guests and staff get friendly, 24/7 answers about travel, nearby services, wellness programs and local heritage, in their preferred language. Team members can find processes and documents on their own, track goals day to day, and learn to write better prompts with feedback and exercises.
What they learned
They learned that precise prompts and well-shaped custom GPTs come from understanding the need first. The bigger lesson was cultural: when a whole team starts to reason, handle data and solve problems on its own, efficiency and creativity follow.

- A virtual concierge tailored for Estancia Los Chañares, a wellness and nature-focused retreat in Valle de Calamuchita (Córdoba, Argentina), providing staff and guests with seamless access to essential information about travel logistics, nearby services, wellness programs, and the region’s cultural and natural heritage. (Try it out in the preferred language)
- It enhances the visitor experience by offering personalized, 24/7, friendly, and efficient support, minimizing human interaction for basic information.
- It is designed to adapt and include more detailed offerings, such as real-time updates, activity registration integration, or feedback collection, as the project grows.
**b) Custom GPT Team Assist** (in process)
- Introducing a virtual assistant to streamline inquiries and provide quick access to processes and internal documents, tailored to support our 21-employee team. This enhances autonomy, acts as a significant time-saver, and boosts focus and efficiency by reducing manual effort, distractions and error margin.
- Equipping the Operations team with skills in Custom GPT creation, information architecture, knowledge management, and secure retrieval of sensitive data. Training also includes the use of Markdown language and prompt engineering for effective interaction.
- Data Automation and Organization: Beyond enabling fast and efficient information retrieval, the automation process is transforming large datasets and disorganized files into a structured, accessible system that simplifies sharing and management.

- Using AI to empower creative problem-solving in everyday tasks across all areas and roles while aligning with the company’s core values and strategic objectives.
- Enabling day-to-day tracking of OKRs through intelligent prompting and coaching via ChatGPT, seamlessly aligning daily planning with key results tied to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

AI mentor to teach mastery in crafting effective prompts, improving logical thinking, and unlocking creativity.
