One conference talk became a manga, 20+ Reels and a full social campaign in days
A live talk turned into a 5-page manga, 20+ Reel frames, a video and social copy, every image made from inside one chat.
This creator took a single live conference talk and, within days, built a whole visual world around it. A black and white manga, two recurring characters walking through Hamburg, Reels, a video and copy for three platforms. It shows how far one person can go when they learn to make their AI tools work together.
OMR Hamburg 2026 Manga: Philipp Klöckner's Talk as a Visual Content Universe
Before
They had a live talk by Philipp Klöckner at OMR Hamburg 2026 and a transcript. Turning that into polished content for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube usually means juggling many tools, switching tabs and copy-pasting prompts. Keeping characters, facts and style consistent across dozens of images is slow, fiddly work.
“All delivered within days of the event.”

The turning point
The shift came when they connected Higgsfield as an MCP server directly inside Claude. Suddenly scripting, fact-checking, character descriptions and image generation all lived in one place. They could generate, review and refine each image without ever leaving the conversation.
“Every single image in this project was created from within Claude using the Higgsfield MCP integration.”

After
They built a manga universe with two recurring characters, Sonja and Markus, set in typical Hamburg locations. From transcript to manga pages, Reel frames, social copy, PDF, an interactive HTML slider and a YouTube video, the whole chain ran inside Claude. Every frame was refined again and again for likeness, hair, expressions, typography and factual accuracy.
What it lets people do
Their work lets audiences take in a dense conference talk as a short, visual story they can scroll through. It shows other creators a workflow where one live event becomes a full set of content for several platforms while staying true to what was actually said.
What they learned
They learned that removing the switching between tools is what makes fast, careful iteration possible. They also found that image models need very precise prompting for text and consistent characters, and that a structuring partner is essential for keeping the facts right from start to finish.
“Claude proved essential for structuring the entire workflow and maintaining factual accuracy throughout.”
