A consultant of ten years built three publications and an AI-run practice

In six months, one person produced a 258-page programme, an 85-page executive publication and an AI business development system.

After a decade helping professionals grow and organisations transform, this consultant used AI Mastery to rebuild how their whole practice works. In six months they wrote two substantial publications, launched a thought leadership series and built their own business development engine. It is a clear picture of what one experienced person can do when AI becomes a partner in every part of the work.

The Professional's ABC, Building Capability Under Pressure, Decision Architecture

Before

For ten years they had built a practice around developing professionals and guiding organisations through change. The work depended on their own expertise and time. Producing large publications, design work and outreach at a high standard was the kind of output that normally takes a team.

“In 6 months with AI Mastery, AI didn't just improve how I work — it created entirely new capabilities I couldn't have offered before.”

The turning point

In AI Mastery, they stopped treating AI as a single tool and started building it into every step. Claude, ChatGPT, DALL·E, Canva and Airtable became editorial partner, design collaborator and quality system. They built more than 20 Custom GPTs for tasks across the practice.

“AI isn't one tool in my workflow — it's embedded across content creation, editorial review, design production, audience intelligence, prospect identification, and business development.”

In their own words

After

They finished a 258-page professional development programme, The Professional's ABC, and an 85-page executive publication, Building Capability Under Pressure, with AI helping structure the framework, validate academic sources and iterate all nine chapters. They launched Decision Architecture, a thought leadership series with a full LinkedIn content pipeline. They also set up Custom GPTs that identify transformation-stage companies and senior leaders, an Airtable CRM, audience trend monitoring and a prospect database for their team.

What it lets people do

Professionals get a structured development programme, and senior leaders get a researched guide to leading transformation under pressure. Their team gets a ready prospect database and a clearer view of the audience, so outreach starts from insight rather than guesswork.

What they learned

They learned that the real shift comes when AI runs through the whole practice, not one corner of it. In their words, it created capabilities they could not have offered before, letting one person work at a quality that earns the trust of CFO and CIO audiences.

“Every domain of my professional practice now runs through AI.”

Over 10 years I built a practice helping professionals develop and helping organisations transform. In 6 months with AI Mastery, AI didn't just improve how I work — it created entirely new capabilities I couldn't have offered before. What I built: A 258-page professional development programme (The Professional's ABC) — AI as editorial partner, design collaborator, and quality system across every page. An 85-page executive publication on transformation leadership (Building Capability Under Pressure) — AI structuring the framework, validating academic sources across behavioural science, evolutionary psychology, and organisational theory, and iterating all nine chapters from concept to final publication. A multi-article thought leadership series (Decision Architecture) with a complete LinkedIn content pipeline. An AI-powered business development infrastructure: Custom GPTs identifying transformation-stage companies and senior leaders, Airtable CRM, audience trend monitoring, and a prospect database handed to the team for outreach. Tools: Claude, ChatGPT, DALL·E, Canva (with Claude connector), Airtable, 20+ Custom GPTs What makes this different: AI isn't one tool in my workflow — it's embedded across content creation, editorial review, design production, audience intelligence, prospect identification, and business development. Every domain of my professional practice now runs through AI. The result: output that used to require a team, produced by one person, at a quality standard that builds trust with CFO and CIO audiences.
