Originally viewing technology and AI with trepidation and cynicism, I shifted my mindset by using ChatGPT to break down my limiting beliefs and cultivate more empowering habits. Following the MV process, I created a daily affirmation, a newly revised gratitude statement, and gained clarity regarding my life purpose and mission. Now, I have built an unshakeable routine that leverages AI in every area of my personal and professional life.

During the AI Mastery programme, the centrepiece of my journey has been my expanding pet and house sitting business, Four Paws & Fortress, where my vision is for AI tools to drive everything from website creation to customer engagement and operations. - Transitioned from a self-proclaimed “technophobe” to a consistent AI practitioner, using ChatGPT daily for journalling, affirmations, creating a customer avatar for niche businesses, future planning, and even analysing which credit card is best when travelling abroad!

- Constructed Four Paws & Fortress in under three hours using Webador’s AI-powered website builder—previously, this would have taken me weeks.

- Integrated Calendly for automated client bookings, with plans to link AI chatbots for scheduling in the near future.

- Received enthusiastic client feedback about the ease of booking meetings online, making their life simpler.

- Unexpectedly realised limitations with the website’s back end—prompting future plans to switch providers for more AI customisation.

- Employed daily for creative thinking, brainstorming, drafting content, and general problem-solving. Even helped me decide on a new office space, which I moved into on 1st December—whoo hoo!

- Testing daily for coaching clients, with a second version in development for dog training (requiring expert input).

- My first attempt at AI-assisted website building, drastically reducing launch time for my dog and house sitting business site.

- Google Workspace, Calendly & MeetHour

- Website now offers seamless meeting bookings for clients, with planned chatbot integration for automated scheduling and confirmations.

- Make.com & Airtable

- Developing automated blog scheduling, client data tracking, and generating invoices with Apple Pages. Previously, certificates were handled via Excel and Word mail merges—adequate but time-consuming.

- SparkReceipt

- Adopted for simple receipt scanning and financial tracking, although I plan to build my own version based on lessons from Juan.

- Used for brand-building and creating bespoke promotional materials, newsletters, and onboarding kits.

My Future Vision

The future looks bright, though I must stage each new development. Next year, I plan to build an app for Four Paws & Fortress, along with several other AI-powered business models under the Accelerbrain banner. These will leverage tools like ElevenLabs to revitalise old video footage for training events, update existing meditation recordings, and more. I’m already considering further MV Awards once I’ve advanced these projects.

Conclusion

By firmly embedding AI into my daily routine—both personally and professionally—I have transformed from a doubtful newcomer into an active advocate for AI’s practical value. “Walking the Talk” now means viewing AI not as an abstract concept, but as a dependable set of tools that fuel my creativity, efficiency, and overall service quality. Through consistent experimentation, knowledge-sharing, and an unwavering sense of curiosity, I’m committed to making AI an integral part of every facet of my life, inspiring those around me to do the same.

Not only have I already recouped my investment in this programme, but I’ve also slashed a huge amount of admin time—saving at least ten days of receipt management for my end-of-year tax return, plus an average of 16 hours a month on day-to-day admin.
