AI Mastery

From using AI as a smarter Google to building systems and coaching others

Quick summary

From viewing AI as just a better search engine, she now runs automated systems that handle her emails and admin tasks—and has become the go-to person teaching friends and family how to use AI strategically in their own lives.

I went from using AI as a smarter Google to running a system that helps me, and now I can even show others how to do the same! Before AI Mastery, my relationship with AI was fairly basic: an enhanced Google, mostly used for research or help drafting a document. I'd been trained on prompting two years earlier, but AI had evolved so much since that what I knew was already outdated.

And the AI training I'd received was at tool-level — not strategic. I joined the program because I didn't want to end up on the wrong side of the digital divide. I could tell this technology was going to be everywhere, and I had no real concept of what it could actually do for me or even in general.

Thanks to this program, everything changed. I now have an agent that reads and sorts my emails every morning and gives me a summary with priorities — a huge mental load lifted and time saved. Repetitive admin tasks, like expense reports, are handled by AI before going to accounting, with just a quick review from me. Beyond efficiency, I discovered AI's power to make possible things I hadn't even imagined — including a project connected to my work as an author, still taking shape. I'm not technical at all, yet I found myself with something like an entire IT department at my disposal: I built a website for my books, which I never had, and set up social media profiles with AI helping me clarify my messaging and create my own images. I also discovered Claude AI and Claude Code, among other AI tools — intimidating at first, but genuinely approachable once you understand what you're doing, even with no technical background. I've shown it to friends and family, including my uncle, a former IT director at a large international group, who built an app in two weeks with AI after two years of getting nowhere on his own — I'm quite proud of that! And now, something I didn't expect: friends keep asking me to explain AI to them — not the technical side, but how to actually use it strategically in their own context, artists, consultants, etc. I realize I'm not becoming an AI consultant, but 20 years in coaching make people feel that I understand them and help them reach their own goals with AI — like I'm an AI coach!

Today I am in a place I never imagined I would be 4 months ago. Thanks to all the team, this was rich and fun!
