A counsellor found their musical voice and shaped a new genre with AI
Six songs made with AI tools became InclUSion Music, a genre fusing protest, healing, empowerment and meditation.
This creator came to the AI Mastery journey and left with a body of six songs and a genre of their own. They used AI to spark ideas, then rewrote until every line felt true. Their story shows how new tools can open a door to a capability you did not know you had.
InclUSion Music
Before
Before the program, music was not something they named as their own. They ran a meditative and counselling practice and cared deeply about people living with oppression, burnout and systemic exclusion. Turning that care into songs was not yet part of the picture.
“I then edited, refined, and rewrote extensively to ensure authenticity and emotional truth.”

The turning point
In the Mindvalley AI Mastery journey, they began using Claude AI and ChatGPT to generate lyrical concepts, themes and structural ideas. They did not stop at the drafts. They edited, refined and rewrote extensively, then produced the final pieces with several AI music tools and experiments with Claude Code.
After
They now have a finished body of work: I Move Like Me, This Is Our Circus, How Not to Save the World, Rest and Recalibrate, Amon-Ra-Ra-Heka and Oppression. Together these songs form InclUSion Music, a genre they describe as fusing protest, healing, empowerment and meditation.
What it lets people do
The songs speak to people experiencing oppression, burnout and systemic exclusion. They also give listeners a gentle way into the creator's meditative and counselling practice.
What they learned
They learned that AI can be a starting point rather than the author. By rewriting for authenticity and emotional truth, they discovered a musical capability that was theirs all along.
“Through this process, I discovered my own musical capability.”
In their own words
InclUSion Music was built during AI Mastery.
