Built an AI system connecting every department around the customer

My name is Abdurrahman Gazea, and I’m an interior design professor and educator. I teach interior design through my own programs, and even before joining **AI Mastery**, I was already using AI extensively in my training, my workflows, and my business. So I didn’t join the program because I was new to AI. I already had a strong foundation. What attracted me was the system I saw during the event. I remember thinking, “I need to understand how this system works.”

And after joining AI Mastery, I realized that the real value wasn’t simply learning more AI tools. What amazed me was the structure, the sequence, and the way the program teaches you how to think with AI. That completely changed things for me.

One of the biggest results was something that still feels almost magical: I built a complete AI-powered system for my company that helps organize and connect almost every part of the business. Marketing. Media. Customer Support. Sales. Moderation. Events.

All of these departments are now connected through one system, centered around the most important element in the business: the customer. And what I was able to build from that is something I had imagined for a very long time. The biggest transformation AI Mastery gave me was this: It organized my mind first, so I could organize the mind of AI. And once I learned how to structure my thinking, my instructions, my systems, and the way I communicate with AI, I started getting a completely different level of results from it. This wasn’t just a technical improvement. It had a real impact on my company.

After implementing what I learned around two months ago, we made a significant move in our revenue, and seeing that happen was incredible for me.

For years, I had imagined building something like this—having systems that connect the entire company, organize the operation, and allow AI to work alongside us at this level. For me, it was a dream. And through what I learned in AI Mastery, that dream started becoming real.
