A corporate professional turned twenty years of expertise into a coaching

An 8-week curriculum of 53 assets, a live web app for burnout recovery and a full marketing system, built with AI in under three months.

This student came to the AI Mastery course as a corporate professional with no engineering background and two decades of healing expertise sitting unshipped. In under three months they built a complete coaching business around it and stepped out of their 9-to-5. Their story shows that the hardest part is often just starting, and that the right skills can make starting possible.

The NARI Method™ and NARI app

Before

They worked a 9-to-5 corporate role with no engineering background. They knew how to help women recovering from burnout, but turning twenty years of expertise into a product felt like a two-year project. Their first month with AI was full of brilliant conversations that simply evaporated.

“Twenty years of expertise sat unshipped because turning it into a product felt like a two-year project.”

In their own words

The turning point

In the AI Mastery course, they stopped chatting and started building systems. They wrote more than 20 custom Skills that hold their frameworks, voice and clinical standards, plus guardrail skills that force verification before anything technical moves forward. A two-hour briefing became a one-line request.

“One well-written skill is worth a hundred well-written prompts.”

In their own words

After

They now run their own practice as an independent coach and entrepreneur. They built The NARI Method™, a four-module program with lessons, videos, workbooks and a 56-day journal, a live web app now onboarding its first cohort, and a repeatable go-to-market system. AI drafted, but every clinical and ethical call stayed theirs.

What it lets people do

The NARI app helps women recover from burnout through personalised Ayurvedic protocols, guided meditation, somatic movement and therapeutic music. Its 50-card Raga Chikitsa system maps 20 everyday states, like sleep, anxiety, grief and fear, to ragas with listening protocols.

What they learned

They learned that the bottleneck was never the work but the activation energy, and that systems beat sessions. Expertise is what makes it work; AI only multiplies it. Most unexpectedly, being able to build and test an idea in an afternoon gave them the courage to change careers.

“AI capability translated directly into career courage.”

In their own words

The NARI Method™ and NARI app was built during AI Mastery.

Details in the submission packet attached below with screenshots and clarity. Here is the raw verbiage: In under three months I used AI to build an entire coaching business from scratch — an 8-week curriculum, a live web app, and a full marketing engine — and left a corporate career to run it. --- ## Achievements I didn't build a demo. I built a business. Starting the AI Mastery course as a corporate professional with no engineering background, I shipped three things that would normally require a team and a year: **1. A complete 8-week curriculum — 53 assets.** The NARI Method™ (Nurture → Awaken → Renew → Ignite) is a four-module transformation program: 8 teaching lessons (30–45 min each), 32 instruction videos, 8 live cohort call outlines, 4 student workbooks, and a 56-day companion journal. Every lesson integrates four modalities — Ayurveda, functional medicine, clinical hypnotherapy, and Raga Chikitsa (therapeutic Indian classical music) — with dosha-specific adaptations for each practice. **2. A live web app.** The NARI app helps women recover from burnout through personalised Ayurvedic protocols, Raga Chikitsa, functional medicine principles, guided meditation, and somatic movement. It includes a 50-card Raga Chikitsa system mapping 20 everyday states — sleep, anxiety, grief, focus, headache, fear — to 43 therapeutic ragas with listening protocols. Deployed and functional; onboarding first cohort now. **3. A complete go-to-market system.** ICP definition, positioning, content architecture, launch calendar, and repeatable content pipelines across long-form, short-form video, and social — built on a customer acquisition framework rather than ad-hoc posting. **4. The outcome that matters most.** This work took me from a 9-to-5 corporate role to an independent coach and entrepreneur. The AI wasn't a productivity tool. It was the thing that made a career change survivable — it collapsed the gap between "I know how to help these women" and "I have a business that reaches them" from years into weeks. --- ## Tools | Layer | Tools | What it did | |---|---|---| | **Reasoning & orchestration** | Claude (Opus/Sonnet), Claude Code, Claude Cowork, custom Skills, MCP connectors | The core engine — curriculum writing, editorial, strategy, build | | **App build & deploy** | v0, Vercel | Prototype to live URL without an engineering hire | | **Knowledge base** | Airtable (via MCP) | Structured personal knowledge base — reusable content, learnings, backlog | | **Media** | Descript | Video/audio editing via transcript | | **Design** | Canva | Brand assets, workbooks, the Raga Chikitsa card deck | | **Voice capture** | Wispr Flow | Speech-to-text as primary input — thinking out loud into structured output | | **Video Generation** | Higgsfield | Generating video snippets for marketing and B-rolls for my teaching videos| <!-- ADD ANY TOOLS I MISSED HERE — e.g. ElevenLabs, Supabase, Notion, Figma --> --- ## Methodology The differentiator wasn't prompting. It was **building a system that holds my expertise so I never have to re-explain it.** **1. Encode the IP, don't re-prompt it.** I built 20+ custom Skills — persistent instruction sets that carry my frameworks, voice, and clinical standards into every session. `nari-course-curriculum-creator` holds the validated module architecture. `ayurveda-nari-coaching` holds dosha assessment and herbal protocols. `raga-chikitsa` holds the full 50-card deck. `hypnotherapy-session-planner` holds the MCH/Paul McKenna framework. `branding` holds voice and positioning. Each one turns a two-hour briefing into a one-line request. **Analogy:** most people use AI like a rental car — fast, but you start from an empty tank every time. Skills are more like building the road. Every subsequent trip is faster because the infrastructure persists. **2. Guardrails before speed.** Two of my most-used skills exist purely to slow me down at the right moments. `anti-hallucination` forces verification against live documentation before I propose any technical solution. `transcript-audit` catches speech-to-text errors before they propagate downstream. In a domain touching people's health, "confidently wrong" is the only unacceptable failure mode. **3. Capture compounds.** An Airtable-connected logging skill routes everything worth keeping into three streams — reusable content pieces, personal learnings, and a delivery backlog. Nothing good gets lost in a chat window. **4. Human where it counts.** AI drafted; I made every clinical and ethical call. Hypnotherapy is embedded in the curriculum but never labelled as such — a deliberate pedagogical choice AI would not have made unprompted. The lived experience in the teaching lessons is mine. AI gave me velocity, not authority. --- ## Learnings **1. The bottleneck was never the work. It was the activation energy.** Twenty years of expertise sat unshipped because turning it into a product felt like a two-year project. AI didn't make me smarter — it made starting cheap enough that I actually started. **2. Systems beat sessions.** My first month was brilliant conversations that evaporated. The shift came when I stopped chatting and started building — skills, connectors, reusable structures. One well-written skill is worth a hundred well-written prompts. **3. Domain expertise is the moat, not the prompt.** AI can generate a wellness curriculum. It cannot know that a woman in freeze state should not be given breathwork in week one. Everything that makes NARI actually work came from clinical training. AI was the multiplier; the expertise was the thing being multiplied. **4. Speed exposes weak thinking fast — and that's the gift.** Producing a full module in days meant I saw my structural mistakes in days rather than after a year of building. The feedback loop, not the output, was the real unlock. **5. Fluency changed my risk appetite.** This is the one I didn't expect. Once I could build and test an idea in an afternoon, leaving a stable corporate job stopped looking like a leap and started looking like a calculated step. AI capability translated directly into career courage. --- ## Relevant URLs - **NARI App (live test):** `[https://play.google.com/apps/internaltest/4700768778828821230]` - **Website:** `[thejaswinicoach.com]` - **Instagram:** `[@thejaswinicoach]` --- *The NARI Method™ — Whole.
