A WildFit graduate turned healthy-eating guidelines into a nutrition assistant
A nutrition assistant built on Airtable, Make and ChatGPT that suggests healthy recipes from the ingredients already at home.
This student took what they learned about conscious eating in WildFit and gave it a new life as a working tool. Using Airtable, Make and ChatGPT, they built an assistant that turns what is in the kitchen into healthy meal ideas. It shows how program lessons can become something practical you use every day.
Healthy Nutrition Assistant
Before
They had done the WildFit program and came away with healthy guidelines for conscious eating and a set of recipes. That knowledge was valuable, but it still had to be applied by hand, meal by meal. Knowing what is healthy is one thing. Turning the ingredients at home into a balanced day of eating is another.
“I had done the wildfit program, and we were provided with healthy guidelines for concious eating, as well as recipes.”

The turning point
In the program they saw a way to make that knowledge work for them. They captured the WildFit guidelines and recipes in Airtable, then used Make to link that data to ChatGPT. The guidance they had learned became the brain of an assistant.
After
Now they have a healthy nutrition assistant. A user types in the ingredients they have and gets recommended recipes for the day. They can then add details about other meals eaten that day and get a shortlist of options that fills the gaps.
What it lets people do
People can start from what is already in their kitchen instead of a shopping list. The assistant suggests healthy recipes and checks them against the rest of the day's meals, so the day covers the nutrition they need, such as vitamins.
What they learned
They learned that a program's lessons do not have to stay in a notebook. By structuring the guidelines as data and connecting simple tools, they turned conscious eating into a daily helper.
“all this data is to be captured on airtable.”
In their own words
Healthy Nutrition Assistant was built during AI Mastery.
