Built enterprise maturity model in weeks using AI-enabled research pipeline
Facing cost pressure and workforce strain, a national Catholic health system needed a faster way to scale change. Using an AI-enabled research pipeline, she delivered a pilot-ready Leadership Module in weeks—complete with frameworks, assessments, and governance strategy—creating a repeatable system that built out an entire organizational maturity architecture.
Built a near-enterprise Organizational Maturity Model (OMM) for a national Catholic health system to standardize how functions build capability and scale change across people, process, technology, and culture—at a time when cost pressure, access gaps, and workforce strain demanded faster, more disciplined execution.
Assigned to deliver the Leadership Module on a four-month timeline, I used an AI-enabled research + validation pipeline to ground the work in best practices and translate it into implementation-ready tools. In weeks, I produced a fully approved, pilot-ready module including a maturity framework, assessment with scoring/reporting logic, competency crosswalks, train-the-trainer materials, executive messaging, kickoff deck, and governance/sustainability strategy.
The repeatable build system then scaled to complete the broader OMM suite excluding the Learning module (paused due to resourcing). While enterprise repositioning priorities sequenced the full program launch to a later phase, the organization now has a cohesive maturity architecture—ready to accelerate adoption when capacity reopens.
