An entrepreneur turned scattered ideas into a reusable AI identity system

A set of shareable Markdown documents that lets any AI assistant understand who they are, how they work and what they are building.

Peggy Shirrel wanted every AI conversation to start from a real understanding of her, not from a blank page. During the program she began writing a set of foundational DNA documents that capture her identity, business, voice, principles and goals in one reusable place. It is a quiet, practical idea, and it shows how a few clear pages can change the way someone works with AI.

An entrepreneur building an ecosystem that connects AI, community, education and entrepreneurship.

Personal DNA and Business DNA documents

Before

Peggy works across several ideas at once: AI, communities, education and entrepreneurship. Much of what drives that work lived in her head. Each new conversation with an AI assistant meant explaining herself again, and nothing carried over.

“Ideas should not live only in memory.”

In their own words

The turning point

In the program she set out to capture herself in writing, using ChatGPT as her working partner. She began with a Personal DNA and a Business DNA, and planned specialized documents to complete a set of six. The core belief was simple: ideas should not live only in memory.

“Everything should eventually be captured in a system.”

After

Peggy now has the foundation of a personal knowledge system written in shareable Markdown. Her Business DNA names the ecosystem she is building, where AI, communities, education and entrepreneurship each support people. Her Master DNA sets out a philosophy for capturing everything she knows, and she is working through the remaining specialized documents.

What it lets people do

The documents let any AI assistant pick up her identity, voice, principles and goals right away, so each conversation builds on the last. Because they are plain Markdown, they can be shared and reused across tools and future projects.

What they learned

Peggy learned that what you know becomes far more useful once it is written down. In her words, knowledge should become a reusable asset, and a clear system is what turns it into one.

“Knowledge should become a reusable asset.”
